Comfort Inn & Suites Marianna I-10 - Hotel in Marianna - 2214 FL-71, USA

They have truck parking for guests which is a big help for the truckers in the area. They were able to grant me an early check in and the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The elevator and hallways are clean and the cleaning ladies would speak and say hello for courteous. First impression of room was how good it smelled which is a big plus. Some hotels you walk into smell like dirty rugs masked with fabuloso. This is the complete opposite. Bathroom is cleans rooms are clean. I can’t find a reason to give anything less than a 10. Definitely will be back when passing through the area

I just stayed in this hotel for ten consecutive nights, so I feel like I've got a pretty decent set of data to form an opinion. The building, rooms, and pool are all reasonably clean and modern for a mid-level hotel. It's a little worse than what I'd expect at a Holiday Inn, but completely serviceable and much nicer than many other places I've stayed in the area. The shower was great. The breakfast does have eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, cereals, juices, etc. It's all pretty terrible but the presentation is nice and I'm sure the employees are doing the best they can with what they're given. The staff were all extremely friendly and the service was excellent. HOWEVER, I can't count how many times my door was opened. There would be one fast knock on the door, no verbal announcement, and the door opens. REPEATEDLY. I've stayed in some bad places, but this is the first one where the staff couldn't stop walking in on me while I was sleeping or on work calls. I don't know what they need to do, but figure it out, Comfort Inn. I would never stay here again on that experience alone.

Service was definitely good at the front desk, we need a little help with our TV and he came immediately up to our room and was very helpful with that. some very small things that are very important especially when you have customers wanting to come to a clean hotel, when we got there we noticed that outside in the front walking into the hotel walkway was dirty need it to be scrubbed clean, and the trash had not been empty in fact it was overflowing. presentation means a lot to customers and how it looks and that did not look good we got to our room and the room was nice, our carpet had a lot of wear and tear on it and needed to be changed out. Elevator needs to be swept out and mopped at least every 2 hours because of the amount of traffic that you have coming into your hotel. But I have to give it to them the customer service was excellent and the room the bed was perfect it slept very well thank you for considering our comment. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't exactly quiet, but that had little to do with the hotel - unless we're talking ab insulation. Our suite wasn't very big. Water pressure was pretty good. Rooms could definitely use a few updates. Overall it was fine since we just needed it for two nights of sleep, although I do feel it was overpriced.

Amazing staff - we had truck trouble and Ashley at the front desk offered to come and pick us up. When our truck was fixed, the manager, April, had her daughter take us to the repair shop when no Uber or taxis were available! Customer service off the charts! They proved that there are still good people in the world. Oh and the room was immaculate and so comfy. Air conditioner worked and was quiet. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend!!!

Breakfast was delicious, the room was great, and had comfy furniture. The location is central to plenty of options for food. While I loved that the room had a couch, it's location was a little strange as it didn't have a good view of the TV, but wasn't the breaker for me here.

The staff at the front was friendly. They were working on the pipes in the kitchen area. It smelled terrible. They had a ton of plumbers working the issue. We went to our room and it was ok…. Needed updating!!!! The air conditioner was so loud we could not go to sleep. You could not turn it to auto because it would not work. You have to leave it run on all night and it’s so loud it keep you up all night! I would suggest trying to stay at one of the other hotels in the area first.

This hotel was a stop for us as we traveled home from Florida. Just when we are thinking Choice Hotels need to up their expectations for their brand we came across this nice hotel. Everything was very clean. Areas that I usually find dust on like lamps and headboards were clean. The linens were nice quality. The hotel was well cared for and not allowed to become outdated and tired. Nice breakfast area. Would definitely stay here again. Easy on and off the interstate.
