Family road trip. First time at a comfort inn, and I have to admit this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to in a long time. New rooms. Very clean. Very quite. Great breakfast. Bailey was so attentive that we ended up asking her to join “Choice”. Glad we did because we will be considering comfort in when traveling.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is just off the highway and very convenient. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast offers various options and was tasty. The rooms have TV, coffee maker, and fridge. This is a nice hotel to stay at if you are traveling on US 36. Recommend.
This comfort inn is very nice! After struggling with their website and with customer service, I finally called them directly to book a room. My price going directly to them was $20 cheaper, and they were able to book me quickly. When I arrived, the room was nice and clean. The AC unit is also the old school one that you can set and it will continuously cool, unlike the new thermostats that have motion detection. They also have free breakfast, free snacks, and they really are the best option around these parts.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are a nice size with extremely comfortable beds. I love that they have refrigerators and microwaves in each room! They have one of the best breakfasts!!
For $150 this place is not worth it. The exterior looks good, the breakfast was good, and the lobby looks good. However when you walk down the hall while the sun is shining in it appears the floor has not been vacuumed. We started off in 102 and immediately the room smelled like wet dog. We requested a different room. The second room was much better however still had a slight smell. The front desk employees were very accommodating and kind.
I really think the whole staff was awesome. The above avg just can't say enough good about them compared to other hotels I've stayed at . Especially Michael, he came within a min to fix the TV settings for me. The following day I came in from visiting a doctor he let me know they were having sloppy joes for a little dinner. We spoke about the back issues I have (severe) and he actually referred to a surgeon his wife used and everything went real well. He also stated that he sent another regular guest to the same surgeon and how much this man's life improved. As for the breakfast bar, I haven't seen any hotel restore their breakfast back to normal since Pre-Covid, throughout the Midwest and inflation. The Comfort Inn spared no expense. Very well stocked and hot or cold with many choices. *The water, sliced lemon & ice, in a tap pitcher. Its located in the lobby as well. After a long day of travel, filled with soda, tea, coffee and water. Chilled water with sliced lemons is a very nice flavor to add to your mouth.
Room was nice and bed was very comfortable! Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Great location for travelers. Close to the highway. Highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed here two nights, one on our way to Kansas and on our way back to Indiana. The staff is great, absolutely the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, parking is good and lit up well, breakfast was delicious. The pool area was the cleanest I've ever seen. Finger prints on Doors and windows have always grossed me out. None at this place, not even on the entrance door or door to the pool. Hat's off to the manager and the entire staff, you all do an A+ job!!!! I will stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this area.
This is a beautiful large lake in MO. I arrived towards the evening and got set up. They came by the next day and I took care of all my payments. It was nice, quiet, clean. Raccoons tried to get my stuff but I scared them away with my flood light.
