This is a great hotel with incredible staff. The staff at the front desk were always nice and helpful and greeted me when I came and went. House keeping was very welcoming and always asked if I needed anything in the morning and they did a great job of cleaning my room. The hotel also has top notch amenities. If you are in the area, make sure you stay at this incredible Comfort Inn & Suites!

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a very quiet stay even though the airport is across the street. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. I would have absolutely no problem staying here again.

I arrived much later than I would have liked, but was greeted warmly upon my entrance to the spacious lobby.||I happened to meet the assistant manager, David Dudley, who was a consummate professional and he along with his staff made me feel not only welcome, but elevated my mood immensely through our conversation. ||But onto the rooms: impeccably clean, the first thing I noticed upon entering my room is that there was no lingering housekeeping smell you often find in other hotels. No, the room had a neutral yet clean and familiar smell, with Decor being comfortable and the room itself quite spacious. The mattress was nothing short of amazing for somebody with a bad back, and the bathrooms were so clean you could eat off of the counter if so inclined.||Sound insulation was impressive, and the rewards program was.. well, rewarding.||Being quite the hot spot, lodging in Lynchburg can be very expensive, or it can be very cheap. But you very much do get what you pay for— but in the case of the Comfort Inn, you get what you pay for and then some.||I arrived beleagued, fatigued and annoyed. I left well rested, satisfied and confident as to where I would stay the next time I passed through town.

The time we stayed it was wonderful and it was a local emergency. We decided to try again just to give a great review and had an awful time with the front desk GM Steve. I guess he was having a bad day but he was borderline rude not only to us but the person on the phone with.We were there before the phone started ringing we ended up not staying and reviewing another hotel. The hotel has Great rooms and is in a good location, the pool is well taken care of, and lobby is clean. They also have a good breakfast and great staff in the morning. The lady at the desk named Sonya was very helpful. The sheets were clean and they also checked on you to see if you need new towels and sheets. The three stars are for custom service.

I have stayed at this Hotel easily more than a dozen times. Most recently I had two rooms for 3 and 2 days respectively. I arrived way early due to driving thru Hurricane Debby and the GM allowed a very generous early check in. I challenge you to walk thru the hotel and see that every employee you pass will greet you, I guarantee they will. The cleanliness, the service, the complimentary breakfasts. All the shift managers...it is truly a top notch ran hotel. There is a reason why its annually the best Hotel in Lynchburg and I don't see anyone knocking them off this mantle anytime soon...Thanks staff for another First Class Stay.

Update to original review below: I added a star for the hotel's response. I think it shows they care. Hopefully the drain is fixed for the next customer. Original Review: I am writing this review with a heavy heart as I had high expectations for my stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I had hoped for. The primary issue was with the shower in our room, which had a significant drainage problem. Despite our best efforts to manage, it was quite uncomfortable and not the relaxing experience one expects from a hotel shower. We brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, hoping for a resolution or perhaps an alternate room to freshen up. Regrettably, this request could not be accommodated. Additionally, we encountered repeated issues with our key cards. They seemed to malfunction frequently, leaving us unable to access our room on multiple occasions. Each time, we had to go to the front desk to resolve the issue, which was quite inconvenient. I believe that feedback is a gift, and I hope that the hotel takes these points into consideration. Improving these aspects would significantly enhance the guest experience. Despite the polite and friendly staff, the issues we faced greatly affected our overall experience.

I am a diamond choice privileges member. This is hands-down, the finest comfort inn and suites I have ever stayed in. The hotel is nice. They have a good breakfast. The employees are fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is OK with you. I wish, the Choice privileges system could take this entire crew and make them a training crew for other hotel employees around the nation. David at the front desk was excellent. He should be the manager or he should go into corporate to help train new employees.

Have say this hotel and the clerk on duty hands down helped save a terrible start to our trip. Ddudle was the clerk. We had along with our friends had been at another hotel. It was awful. We left in a frenzy and started driving towards Lynchburg praying we’d find another hotel to stay for the night. This one was the first stop. Ddudle was on call and I said please tell me you have two rooms available. He said yes we do. I explained what had happened with the last hotel we had just ran from and he hooked us all up with rooms for the night. He was very kind and understanding of our experience. He even made sure we had ride pods to wash our clothes, he made hot cookies for our friends who had to return to the previous hotel to get some belongings they forgot in our haste to leave quickly. We truly appreciate his help, Comforts hospitality and we will be staying there again when we come thru for another race weekend. Highly recommend this hotel
