This is a really nice hotel. Very clean and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was so much better than your average hotel, with a lot of options. The common area in the lobby is a great spot to just sit and relax after a long day. The rooms are clean and well kept and updated. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The only negative is driving to and from Boston can be cumbersome even though it's only a 4 mile drive but you always have the option to Uber. Overall definitely recommend

Airport shuttle was great. Runs every half hour from the hotel so airport pickup and drop off was very quick. We did rent a car for one night and they do charge $20 a night to park your car. There is a huge sign in the lobby that states your car will be towed if there is not a parking permit displayed. This includes paying guests even with platinum status. Outrageous. The breakfast area was so crowded...unable to find a seat to eat our breakfast. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff could have been a lot more friendlier. The price per night we paid was not worth the money we spent. There is a decent combination Mexican/pizza restaurant on the property that opens at 3 pm. Finally....in all of the Choice Hotels we have stayed....even the very crappy ones...there has been a desk and chair in a room with 2 double beds. Not at this location. If you need to do any computer work, we set up the ironing board to use as a desk.

Stayed here with my kids this Labor Day weekend. The rooms are ok, but it’s basic cable with 60 channels and no way to access any streaming. The pool says they close at 10pm, but they do not honor that and the doors close at 9:30pm every night. The breakfast items that should be hot, like eggs and potatoes, are cold and mostly everything is stale. The room was 76’F the whole time. There is a thermostat that I put on cold and 68’F and it never changed. Would not recommend this hotel.

It would be a great room for anyone with a late or early flight. The tub , especially the shower mat was gross. Then they charged us extra the second night from what we paid first night without telling us in advance. It's a touch pricey for a simple place to lay your head to get a flight from. The restaurant there, Margaritas, had awesome happy hour appetizers though and so cheap in price! I think that was the cheapest meal we had there and it was so yummy! It is a very busy hotel, really loud most of the time. If you're looking for tranquil, this isn't for you.

Nice hotel with very kind service at the front desk. We got in around 3pm and they were helpful. When we asked about shuttle they helped us line that up for 2am. It runs every 30 minutes. Our shuttle driver was incredibly kind as well. Got our luggage for us and everything. We did eat at Margaritas attached to the hotel. Food was OK. I had a fish taco, and it was over cooked a bit and tasted like mostly breading. Not bad though, but prob wouldn't order that one again. The pitcher of frozen Russelritas was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again if we have to park and fly in the future.

We stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn and Suites Logan Airport on a recent trip to Europe. The hotel is one of the better choices for moderately-priced hotels if you're staying in the area of the airport. Decent shuttle service to and from the airport. We did not have any shuttle issues as noted by other reviewers. Service was good. Rooms are well appointed and clean. The hotel in general is nice and clean. Open, airy spaces. Decent breakfast in the AM. Also has a Mexican restaurant and pizza service attached to the hotel. Did not try the food. The pizza looks good! LOL Would recommend this hotel if you're in the area, or just passing through like us.

This hotel is excellent for first time Boston travelers as they provide complementary shuttle 24/7 back & forth from the airport & the Subway station located at the airport. Staff are super friendly. The rooms are older & could use light maintenance/upgrades but they are clean. The complementary breakfast is amazing & the staff kept the area tidy & stocked. Great hotel for traveling with children.

We stayed here on a weekend trip to Boston. Our room was really nice and met our expectations. The staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was fine to start our day. We really enjoyed the shuttle service, not only to the airport, but also to the subway stop. Would stay here again.
