location of the hotel was great, definitely a nice part of town. the service was good, we got checked in quickly. our air conditioner did not work well and made it pretty warm in the room. the hotel smelled like 🍃 but it did not smell in our room, thankfully. the hallways were humid ands there was no ac in them. the room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was just hotel breakfast, nothing all that great. hotel needs some major tlc but not bad for just sleeping in.

Possibly the worst motel we have ever stayed at. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels/motels. The place was filthy. I mean old dirt. We took pictures. Not only filthy dirty but the AC didn’t work right, the breakfast was horrible (so horrible that we didn’t eat breakfast there even though that was one of the main reasons we chose this place), the curtains had what looked like dried blood on them, the plaster was pealing off several places, the Intake vent had two year old dirt on it, the carpets throughout the building needed cleaning, even the elevator was filthy dirty. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Actually sours us on all Comfort Inns.

This was a huge disappointment, We came down for a small family vacation. The girls room was not clean when we got here, their beds were not made. They had crumbs in their bed with food wrappers tucked into the beds. Our shower in our room did not work the night we got home from Worlds of Fun, so we had to shower 6 people at 10:30 at night in one room. I will never stay at this location again. We were all very disappointed. I’ve stayed at a few Comfort Inns and normally have a good time. When we told the manager about our stay, his response was to give us a $30 credit for our stay that was $600…..

Clean. Quiet. Beds were good. |We checked in very late (1 am) and other guests were hoarding the luggage carts in their room.s. So we had to carry everything to the 3rd floor. We used a rolling chair from the lobby which was better than nothing. The kind desk manager came out to the car and helped us carry things in. How thoughtful! We were very grateful for her help! I would suggest that the hotel have more than 2 carts.

This was a great experience for me, probably one of the most memorable ones. I had called at about 10 am and asked if I could park my 26-footer at their property and was advised that there was parking behind the hotel. After a 14-hour trip, I was exhausted and could not wait until their check-in time. I was immediately checked in upon arrival and given a very clean room. The view was of the freeway outside, but that posed no issue for me. There is a shopping center right across from the hotel, which made everything convenient. The room could use a few touch-ups, but it was very clean with no smell at all. Breakfast here is very minimal with eggs/sausages, your regular cereals, bread, coffee, and orange/apple juice. This was a little disappointing, but I also understand that hotels are trying to cut costs. At least it was there. The front desk team here is awesome. I will definitely return for another stay.

Three adults and one child were on the second floor from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. Friday morning there was no milk for breakfast then the rest of the days only 1%. During our stay no one dumped our trash or checked to see if we needed tissue or toilet paper. We ended up running out of paper very early Sunday morning. The tub didn't drain between shower the whole time there. Drinks were cold in the fridge but only froze in the freezer if left there for 2 days. And there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We were on the far north end and the only ice dispenser was on the opposite side of the building on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the television worked great. When we asked the staff for help they were very helpful and/or sincere.

As we walk into the room to relax and get a good night's sleep, we are met with a wave of musty mildewed stench. It's a cheaper hotel and older so I grumbled, but was going to deal with it. I always check the bedding for signs of bedbugs and cleanliness but before I could even get to that, I see a dang spider crawling up the wall! Trotting it's merry little self right into my line of sight, not a safe place if you're a spider. I know insects happen, but I shouldn't be seeing signs of critters within the first five minutes of being in our room. It was a harmless cobweb spider so hubby takes care of it while I start to look at the bedding. There were some small spots on the sheet, but when I pulled back the sheet in multiple areas, there were strands of long black hair. There was also little stubby hairs like a man done sat his butt right on that bed and trimmed his beard instead of standing in the bathroom. But Really? Housekeeping hasn't cleaned that mess up yet?! That's gross! Yall couldn't vacuum the hair off the bed? I'm not sleeping on someone else's hair like that. Get you some housekeeping that does their job! We did not stay here. We left after telling them about the room and showing pictures. They say they are refunding our money but we will see. I'll try to update whether or not they do. Save yourself a headache, don't stay here!

Bedbugs bedbugs. Bedbugs don’t stay here wouldn’t give me my money back spent $106 on a room ruined all my clothes in my luggage burned it all. Stay here at your own risk and by the way it cost $1000 to have a exterminator spray your house for bedbugs.
