This was a very nice place. The desk clerk that we seen the most was Hyacinth 🪻. And she was definitely as sweet as a flower. She always smiled and was in a good mood. As much as we travel for work, someone greeting you as you come in from a 12hr shift.. priceless!!

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Our room on the second floor smelled like something out of a nightmare. It’s difficult to even describe. It was like a mix of mold, dust, and locker room sweet. Honestly impressed that a hotel could concoct such a smell. We asked for a room change and got a new room on the third floor. The room has a slightly, and I emphasize slightly, less horrible smell: more on the side of an old, dusty, and abandoned house. The sheets at stains on them, as did some do the pillow cases. The shower had a dark outline of dust on the floor—filthy stuff. At one point we talked to a guest that has stayed at the same location several times. They told us that the 2nd and 3rd floors were a no-go zone for her, and that the first floor has the only decent rooms. I strong recommend not staying at this location if you can help it. And before this management team starts threatening legal action—which is low key hilarious—just know I will not be taking down this post. Best, An Unsatisfied Customer

I felt the Need to write a non bias review. I can honestly say, I do read and listen to Google reviews and looking at the negative reviews. I almost wanted to cancel my reservation. However, the rooms on the first floor was nice. No complains. No mold smells and bathroom was cleaned. I didn't see any stains or bugs. I didn't stay on the second floor so I can not say If that problem was fixed or not but after reading the bad reviews. I did choose to pick the 1st floor. I can't speak for the free breakfast because, I just got coffee. This is a very affordable hotel in a great area close by west palm beach or even a trip to maimi. The only issue was we did see a lizard in our room but the front desk was able to move me to another room with no issues. Resturants and stores are close by and also a laundromat. 4/5

Let me begin by saying I've stayed here many times in the past and this hotel was OK. But my latest stay was horrible. Let's start at check-in. A paper photo copy of my drivers license was made which I objected to. If they wanted to scan it into your secure server, then fine. But a paper copy can fall into anyone's hands and have access to my personal ID. Next, I was charged $100 PLUS TAX as a security deposit. I was told that if there was no damage to the room, I would get that back in 5-7 days. I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and I was never charged a security deposit. With the state of the room I received, they have some nerve charging ME a security deposit. When I got up to my room, there was an upholstered chair and ottoman that was disgustingly dirty. I took photos of this to the front desk and I was told I had to see the manager in the morning. I also asked them where the toilet paper holder was and I was told there was none. Just leave the TP on the counter. Later that evening when I sat in the desk chair, it was scratchy on my back and I saw that the vinyl was pealed off half the back of the chair leaving scratchy fabric and residual glue. In the morning I saw the manager and he did have both chairs replaced. At the same time I asked for extra towels which were delivered to my room by housekeeping. I specifically asked for extra towels as I was heading to the beach that day and wanted towels for that day and the next day. But when I returned to my room from the beach, those extra towels were removed from my room. Without any towel bar, I could not hang my used towels to use again and the robe hook behind the door was broken. Now I had no extra towels for the morning. I was informed on your website that housekeeping would not service my room daily but every third day, however, someone was in my room every day,. They never made my bed, vacuumed or cleaned the bathroom and only collected garbage and removed any extra towels. I have to wonder what they were doing in my room daily and I felt my privacy was violated because I didn't expect anyone to be in my room. Lastly, on my last night of my 3 night stay, toiletries were replenished in my room, however, the tiny shampoo container was HALF EMPTY. Which means, they gave me someone's used shampoo bottle which was only half full. I've had many previous stays at this hotel and I can assure you I will not return. Ever. This hotel has gone downhill. Could it be because of new management?

Positive: Best shower in a hotel EVER; also liked the breakfast: simple, but very well done. The desk staff were excellent. Negative: Bathtub drain was clogged (in room 204)

I was charged twice! They canceled my booking (after telling me that it couldn't be canceled or refunded per their policy)! I explained that my flight was canceled and that I'd be driving in, so that I'd be there on the 8th. I was charged and PAID for the 7th and 8th. So I get there on the 8th at 7am and the front desk lady informed me that my reservation was indeed canceled... I explained the situation to her and she confirmed that it should not have been canceled and re-stated their "no cancelation within 48 hrs policy", and that she was going to "duplicate the reservation" and I'd have to pay so she could get me into a room and that the manager would be in later that day and he would "fix it" because I was obviously concerned about having to pay again! Clive Walcott never addressed the issue, nor has he returned any of my calls! He is a con man and engages fraudulent business practices!!! I'm now having to go through my credit card companies to dispute the charges (I paid on different cards) and the hotel also refuses to provide the contact information for Clive's higher up! Stay away!!!!

Jennifer of overnight staff at the front desk was absolutely terrible. Her attitude was terrible, customer service was terrible, & she had me make a reservation for 2 nights at 12am when the day was already over. So I’d be paying for 2 nights and only stay for 1 night. Then refused to give a full refund.

I was there. On the 8/24/24 I made a mistake booking with Priceline some. How. I press the wrong date. Which it was the 8/27 checking in well the make. Me cancel the reservation and make another one. Priceline cancel with out no promising getting my refund It was late the whole place. Was surrounded by. Cops. Someone was kill by a hitting and run. Vehicle so all Around the. Building was. A crime. Scene my. Brother and I were. In business traveling so we booked again they gave us. Room 302 main door hanging off the hinge on the top wood door and cracked like. Someone try to walk in and. Bust the door how ever. I went. To the. Front desk and. There was this sweet girl and. A gentleman So. I make. The complaint and explain them. The whole situation and the gentleman act like it it was new mean while someone in the past work on it to fix it I’m. A handyman I saw all the repairs Anyway they act like no body make a report I told them the if I’m walking out and someone. Brake in you people are going to be responsible for my property I was told. We have security cameras You don’t need to worry about it. This the. Gentleman he was not a the front desk when we check in. So I ask him who was. Him he’s. Answer was. I’m part of the team member of the. Facility He didn’t wanna tell me he’s name While I was. Out. Side he hope in he’s AMG class C white I was basically ignore probably because I have. An accent Priceline. Needs to fix it. Get my money back. For the cancelation. And my. Stay there I didn’t sleep the whole night because. And. Insecure door and beside that a bad broken bed frame this. Review and take the proper responsibility My next step. Will be viral in social media
