This hotel is billed as being one of the best in the area however, when visiting with family our children went out to the indoor pool area only to find a locked door. Once the front desk opened the door we found algae all around the outer area. The tables were falling apart and the chairs were covered in what appeared to be mildew. There was no ventilation in the room and no public facilities near by. My recommendation... stay away!
Positive: Here's a corrected version of your message:I enjoyed the quietness of the area. The location is very peaceful. Negative: Here's a revised "The main floor and hallway were being painted, resulting in a strong smell of paint. I asked the hotel desk attendant to open the door because the odor was ignored.
Went to check in at 2:30. Check in is at 3:00. I wasn't greeted as I walked in. I had to speak first. The woman at the front desk was just rude! Acted like I was bothering her. Asked to check-in. She said they were behind and check in is at 3. So come back in 30 minutes. We returned in less than an hour. There was a new receptionist at the front desk. She was super nice and helpful. The location is off I-75 and near many ammentites. Grocery store is approx. 2 miles away. The room and motel was very clean. But the bed was terrible to sleep in. My wife & I both woke up with sore necks and backs. Pillows are like non-existent.
The beds are hard as a rock. Make sure you get a cancellation fee to be able to leave and go somewhere else. This is ridiculous. They try covering up how hard the beds are with a foam topper. Our door wouldn't close all the way without us slamming it shut, I'm sure others weren't happy to hear that. Never again will we stay here.
Rooms are extremely clean & spacious. Check-in was easy & quick. Location felt safe. Would stay again if in the area!
The pool area is not clean. There are no facilities close and the furnishings are in disrepair. When we arrived there was a padlock on the door during open hours. There is no airflow in the facility. Very disappointed with the condition of this facility.
The grounds were clean and there was plenty of parking. Front desk clerk wasn't very friendly, but all other staff were exceptionally welcoming. The breakfast bar was delicious and offered something for everyone. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and quiet atmosphere. Only one slight downside...there wasn't an ice machine on our floor even though there was a sign indicating one. Will definitely use again.
Positive: The hot breakfast was a real treat. The dining area was neat and clean and the food was nicely displayed. Negative: The parking seemed limited and awkward. Negative: ""
Rooms are beautifully kept, clean, great service. We loved seeing all the pets, even though we didnt travel with our own. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for everything
Wonderful small brewery tucked away in downtown Dalton. They offer flights of FIVE beers rather than the typical four, so we had a chance to sample most of their offerings, which is surprisingly large selection. We found them all quite tasty, but esp
Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
I am so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant in Dalton . I have lived in Turkey for 10 years . When I go to this restaurant all memories came to my mind ( baklava , Turkish music, kebab ⦠) . The food is amazing . We ordered hummus and chicke
My family of 4 went here around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We were immediately seated. The waitress and, I assume, the owner were very friendly and attentive. The dining area and restroom seemed clean. Some plates were brought to us by the waitress,
Went MTB, as 1st timer. Took two kids. Stayed off the extreme trails, but the rest were well-maintained and easy to navigate. Maps were clear and trails marked. Loved it!
Me, my husband, and my son couldn't be thankful enough to have found this place! We drive OTR and trying to make it home in time for thanksgiving with the family. We weren't showing to get home till about 10 tonight so we figured we might as well fi
Stopped in to try for the first time. Early dinner on a weekday. No wait for a table. Lots to choose from. I ordered the fried shrimp, my wife ordered the shrimp po boy. Both came out relatively quickly and were fresh and hot. No issues, will return
