Comfort Inn & Suites Junction City - near Fort Riley - Hotel in Junction City - 120 N East St, USA

To say how impressed I was would take a while. First, the staff is amazing, so friendly and inviting. The room was HUGE. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! The room was very clean and well kept. The pull out sofa was perfect for the kids. The location is terrific! Will DEFINITELY be back when through the area!

We stayed 5/10/2024-5/12/2024. I paid almost double for what the rooms are going for now. there was rust in the bathtub. There should be grab bars in the bathtub for older guests. The breakfast was not good. For what I paid the tub should have been repaired and the breakfast a better quality. When we checked in the front desk staff was friendly. When we checked out the front desk staff did not care about my concerns. Of note, there was a different person working at the front desk.

Staff was nice . Going down the hallway to our room smelled of dog poop when we got to our room which was 122 1st floor. Entering our room smelt like mold and go into the bathroom smelled like pee and shower cutain also smelled of pee. Shower head was spraying the ceiling and over shower curtain getting the bathroom soaked . Went swimming and the water looked dirty smelled like slupher... it smelled really bad. Back to our room the bed was broken like it was lopsided. air-conditioner didn't work until the middle of the night.. Do yourself a favor "Do Not Stay Here" we called corporate office and let them know about the bad things going on in this hotel. Madison was at the front Desk for night shift on 6/16/2024.. So No I wasn't wrong about what I endured at this place...

A bit price IMO, comparatively. Breakfast is a REAL hot breakfast. Rooms are clean. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and it's my first choice in Junction City.

The rooms were dirty, several BIG spiders on the wall, bathroom was not working properly as well. The worst part about this hotel is the owner. Hung up on me several times, did not have an understanding of not wanting our kids to stay in a room full of spiders. Was not a safe place to stay at. No one offered to help or make the situation better.

Decent hotel. But I personally will never stay at this one Again, I checked in at 8 PM 3 nights the following morning went to check out at 9 AM. They charge me an extrtonight for not giving them a 25 hour notice. I was only at the hotel for 13 Hours. They said it was policy but could not show me a policy And judy was very very rude

Hotel staff go out of their way to help with anything you want or need! I had reservation trouble and the front desk staff was helpful in every way! We travel from Colorado to Missouri at least once a year and we stay here everyone! Awesome staff and delicious breakfast!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Good breakfast options. All for a great price-we'll be staying here again.
