Comfort Inn & Suites East Moline near I-80 - Hotel in East Moline - 2209 John Deere Expy, USA

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are roomy, clean and smell great!! I enjoyed the mini breakfast buffet. They have room on the side of the entrance to park your 18 wheeler. Unfortunately my 18 wheels was in the shop 15 miles away, which is why I ended up here. I must say I am fortunate that I did!!

Room was spacious and clean with a sofa, microwave and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable and room was fairly quiet even with kids next door. I chose the location to be close to a race (~5 minutes from Hennepin finish line). Rooms are only cleaned every 3rd day or on request which was fine for me on this stay, but just to keep in mind if traveling with family. There is breakfast but it doesn't start til 7. I really wish hotels would have a grab n go early option.

Stayed here on a work trip for 3 days. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The bed was ok, water pressure in shower wasn’t the best, had my power go out when I used the microwave which was fixed within minutes after I called the front desk. Breakfast wasn’t accessible until breakfast hours which was a bummer for me as I had to leave before 6am for work. It’s always nice to be able to at least grab some to-go snacks but in this case the breakfast area was roped off and completely dark when I left.

Hotel was an older Comfort Inn but was more than adequate for our purposes. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. We both slept well. The breakfast food was standard and we were satisfied. The MOST outstanding feature was the gentleman in charge of the breakfast. He was by far the hardest working breakfast manager we have encountered. He was not intrusive, but there was never an empty food server nor was there ever a dirty dish in sight. I’m just sorry I didn’t get his name to be able to personally recognize him.

I am giving this hotel an excellent rating despite the aging facilities because the staff is friendly and offers a well maintained and clean facility at a fair price. They offered the standard free hotel breakfast but everything was fresh and plentiful and the attendant maintained a fastidiously clean dining room. There is a family restaurant next door that offers a diner type menu that worked well for us. I hope that Choice Hotels has this location on their list for renovations in the near future because it is obvious that the staff cares about the building and the guest experience and they should be rewarded for their efforts.

I stayed here by chance as I was attending a funeral and this was nearby. I was pleasantly surprised inside. I got a room with a jacuzzi for a very reasonable price and stayed 2 days. Service and management were excellent and provided everything I needed. The room was also very nice and I loved having the jacuzzi. Although a little worn, it worked perfectly. Loved my stay overall!

I used to stay in this hotel annually from 1998. It was great! Then every time I went in 2017, 2018 and 2019 there was a major issue. This was my first time back since 2019, and they have definitely turned things around and are back to their former glory. Room was clean and staff was very, very professional. The issues I had before were all caused by the front desk, and they have definitely increased the caliber of the staff in this key position. Five stars for sure!|

I booked the room with points which was good. After we got the room we discover the toilet wouldn't flush. I went down to the front desk and complained and they gave me a plunger to help get it to flush. Well that didn't work so they said to use the toilets in the hall and would have someone fix it in the morning. They moved us to a different room the next day which isn't a fun experience but at least the toilet worked. I'm not sure if we'll get some points back because of our bad experience but hope so.
