I stayed here several years ago before it was remodeled. As my followers know when I travel I use my UV blacklight flashlight . The rooms have been remodeled as well as the main lobby. I must say nice job. Great friendly service at front desk. Gave complete information of our room and how to get there. Everything in my room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. However the bathroom door and frame and when you close room door along the wall from the light switch down. Something definitely unidentifiable oozing down. might want to have housekeeping touch those areas up. Breakfast was fine with a decent selection. As I don't eat meat nice to have hot cereal fresh fruit and juice I would recommend staying here it has definitely come up a long way. Thank you Comfort inn & suites for stepping it up and providing a lot better quality.

We stayed here last minute on our road trip. The man running the counter was very nice and helpful. Our room was a king and the bed was pretty comfortable. Our room was clean but had a weird musty smell. Breakfast the next morning was terrible... we got down to breakfast right at 6am when they opened and everything hot(french toast sticks, sausage) was ice cold. This was a big disappointment considering we were hoping to fill up our bellies and finish our road trip in good timing.. .we had to stop someplace for food.

I really give this hotel a 3 1/2 star. It is economical, convenient (to the highway, there isn't much walking distance) and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The entrance is easy to miss - so they need better signage. The tub was clogged, easily remedied but for some reason not previously addressed. And, I'm not sure if there are any rooms in which one wouldn't hear the highway in varying degrees. And the rooms right outside the dining area will have the noise from people talking and waffle makers beeping - all quite loudly.

Clean Quiet. The lady at the desk was great. The place smells like weed. The cover flew off the ac-heat unit when I shut the shades. It was apparently screwed to the unit with drywall screws. I kinda think it gets ignored with the "It's not my job" housekeeping. Great location. Great front desk. Free contact high!

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Our first room was covered in construction dust, which transferred easily from floor to fabric/skin. The floors and furniture were covered in this dust. We asked to be moved to another room, but found more concerning findings such as: spiders in the bed, toe nail clippings, decomposing food, and rodent droppings. We were told no manager or cleaning service was available, so we had a choice. Stay for a few hours until daylight, thus avoiding the bad neighborhood at night and non-refundable fare, or leave. We decided to stay as luckily we had our own sheet to use. I tried reaching out to on-site staff, management by email, and Choice corporate for assistance. So far I have not heard back despite sending them a detailed report shortly after checking in. The corporate customer service team as assured me they will "refund or credit me" for my experience, but that has yet to take place. Avoid this place at all costs!

Everything about our stay was top notch including the front desk staff, service staff and they serve a great breakfast. My only complaint is that I could have booked my room cheaper by contacting the hotel directly instead of going through Trip Advisor.

Hotel wasn’t the cleanest! I found somebody’s fake eyelashes on the bed headboard shelf. This is totally unacceptable if cleaning staff does a proper cleanup. Also there was as though they used wet old rags to wipe ip the tub and sink as there was residue hair follicles in it. And you know it was wiped as the residue was stuck not recently fallen follicle hair. Customer service during check in was very efficient I must say and took them no time to check me in. The good thing is this was relatively close to the convention center. Their breakfast smelt good but I had no time to wait till 7 to grab food as I had to leave there at 6:30 am to be at the convention center for a meeting at 7:00 am. Food should be out earlier for those traveling or need to be downtown early.

Just as a point of reference, I'm a diamond Choice member, staying in these hotels up to 150 nights per year. This location is horrible. They cancelled my stay without contacting me, so when I arrived at around 11pm, I was left with no options for booking at other locations, as they were all sold out. In 7 years of traveling for work, I've never had such a bad experience
