As the decor and interior design is beautiful, their soundproofing isn’t quite code and privacy isn’t quite a thing. I can’t imagine being a doctor doing business, involving a Skype call or something. Can’t imagine trying to be intimate with my partner or anything considered private really. They don’t care for kids either. Felt super obligated to hush mine the entire time. Get new doors! Period! I tested them several times and could hear the person I was with simply talking at a very low tone from 3 feet outside the door. How ridiculous. Also their doors aren’t stamped or passed. Beautiful place but also not.
The hotel and room was very clean the staff was very helpful and friendly we stayed there for a week they had hot breakfast till 9am during the week and 10am on the weekends the pool and hot tub was very clean and enjoyable as well
Extremely loud !!!!! Told Megan at the Front desk that I needed to get sleep because I am here on business. She put me a room that is poolside so the guys in the pool yelling We’re keeping me up, so she moved me to another room and there was just as many guys loud as heck in the room next to me. This is a construction worker haven but not for a business traveler.
the building is still under construction as some light switches didn’t work and the elevator panel moves drastically when you choose a floor. cold complimentary breakfasts. i found a roach in my room too. my room was also not cleaned.
the mattresses do not have mattress covers, the box springs & mattresses are stained and also don’t have mattress covers. the sheets were also not fitted properly over the beds. it’s a wonderful invitation for bed bugs.
the location is great as it’s next to a wonderful breakfast restaurant and very close to the highway.
Stayed June 16 - 18, 2023 and had no real issues. The rooms were as expected (modern, small but worked for our stay, clean). The main lobby setup seemed a bit odd, almost like there's way too much space that could be utilized for better flow but it is what it is, won't effect your stay and it's clean. The only two downfalls involved finding a working ice maker on a different floor and there was a party going on across the hall that had zero respect for time of day. We were on the 3rd or 4th floor so I was surprised to see a conference room but it's there, be warned. It was very late at night and kids were still running around and music was blaring, not a hotel employee to be seen. In my opinion (not that it's the end all be all) there should be some sort of "security" from the hotel when parties are going on to keep the noise down.
I am a truck driver and I stayed at this comfort in over the past weekend. The young lady at the front desk with the glasses was so helpful to me . I had issues with starting my semi and she assisted me with getting it started. The hotel itself was extremely clean with all the amenities you need .The staff as a whole were very welcoming.
If I ever deliver in beaver dam Wisconsin again I will be returning to this hotel!
Probably the best Comfort In I have ever been. Completely new and renovated, everything feels fresh and brand new. Good breakfast, good pool and hot tub and loved the complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Definitely recommend.
This place shows history. I love the new modern look. Staff was so welcoming and answered any questions or concerns. Pool amazing and Hot Tub was so relaxing. Best continental breakfast 😋. We will be back.
Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. Had a great time. Well worth the time to check it out. They have all kinds of crafts that they supply all that is needed for it. Everything from ceramics to string art and everything in between.
