Comfort Inn & Suites - Hotel in Hamburg - 3615 Commerce Pl, USA

Great place to stay if you need a room for a decent price a hot shower and a decent bed to sleep in for a couple of nights. It's quiet and Mike at the front desk was fantastic! I had just driven 24 hours straight through from FLA, for a family member who had just gotten out of the hospital and I needed a room. Mike was incredibly accommodating. Please thank him for me and tell him how grateful I am for his help.

The room we stayed in was in disrepair. The window had large cracks that were taped. The toilet kept flushing, and piping was very noisy. When the people next room or upstairs took a shower, it felt a train was passing through the room. Even though all the rooms are smoke-free, the old carpet had a smoke smell. The receptionist had a take it or leave it attitude near midnight. However, when we wanted to cancel the second night, he concocted a story about how we would lose our two day discount. Other employees were nice, but they looked down. Breakfast was fine.

Booked one night. Location is great by main road and shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff carol and milly were awesome and quite helpful. They gave us goid reccomendations for dinner. Rooms are ok, pretty basic and dated. Only suites have fridges and we upgraded uppn check in because we needed one.probably wouldn’t book a longer stay here. Good for a night or stopover Tv in toom was not a smart tv so couldnt watch netflix, primr etc. WIFI is super slow. Room suited our needs for one night

Absolutely do everything in your power to avoid this hotel. They’re scamming their customers. I’m a pot smoker there’s no denying that but after being told I smoked cigarettes in the room and left ash’s in a ash tray as well as being put on a do not rent to list cuz I lost my cool when told I’m being charged 250 for smoking cigarettes in the room ( I don’t even smoke cigarettes ) I would hands down say they’re in such desperate need of money that they resort to this tactic. Pretty pathetic that when I called and ask to speak to the owner Or manager I kept getting told stories as to why they weren’t in office. A MONTH LATER I decided to call again and was told they’re standing ten toes down on their charge. I understand you’re a failure of a business owner running one of the most bottom tier hotels to stay at but your little scam to make 250 will not go unnoticed. Shame on you as a business owner / manager for such horrible practices. Y’all got crack heads running up and down your parking lot I think you have a lot more then “cigarette ashes” in your hotel room to worry about

DO NOT STAY HERE! I cannot say this enough! There are multiple hotels in this area, I would recommend any other one besides this one. 1.The woman at the front desk at night was very rude. She asked me if I planned on using the pool. I said I might. Then she rolled her eyes and asked what I meant by that. I said if I have time I will. She scoffed and asked me to fill out the forms for it. I am unsure on what the attitude was for. 2. I did not use the pool because it was Absolutely DISGUSTING. I have never seen pool water so nasty. 3. The rooms were gross. It had a nasty smell, kind of like smoke? There was mold in the corners of the bathroom. The carpet just felt....nasty. I had to change my socks anytime I walked on it because they felt slimey. I also found trash in the room on the floor when I first got there. I do not think the rooms are cleaned well in between guests. The rooms also did not have a microwave or fridge. I know this is partly on me for assuming they would, I did not look at the description close enough. After getting into the room I almost left and was going to ask for a refund. It was really the smell of the room that made me sick. However, I just finished driving 7 hours and was too tired to deal with customer service. My stay was for 2 nights and it wasn't worth the hassle to do that. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing I can say is the employees in the morning were very kind and friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE! MICE POOP on the floor, breakfast food was gross, customer service is horrible. Front desk lady was rude and impatient. Bathroom was gross, hair on the floor, dirty towels. Room service only occurs on your third night stay; that was never told to us. How this place is rated 8.2/10 is insane. Absolutely disgusting place. Definitely immigrants staying there too. Not a safe vibe here. Also no pac n plays are available.

Good location, sits back from main road behind a motel. There are some maintenance issues like poorly patched ceilings, minor peeling wallpaper and a poorly mounted toilet. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for a low frills hotel. Pool, fitness room and breakfast were average for this level of hotel.

They charged my credit card an additional 150USD 20 minutes after i checked out without informing me. When I called them, they told me that there was urine all over the bed, which is completely untrue. They kept hanging up on me when calling to get more information from them. Finally I was able to a hold of the manager and he told me "I believe my staff over you" and hung up. Stay here at your own risk.
