Negatives: Breakfast staff was rude and unfriendly|Water temperature was way too hot so be careful with children. It burned me and my husband a few times and the shower would randomly get scolding hot. ||Other than that, we stayed in the king suite and it was a really nice stay for a good rate. I was very happy with the large tub, large bathroom and spacious living area. It's very safe for babies and children more than other hotels as the bed is low to the ground and the furniture is heavy and sturdy and my baby wasn't able to pull anything over. AC was very good and the room wasn't humid. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.
Extremely satisfied with my stay! The workers, the breakfast! Definitely has improved!! If ur in town I would recommend this hotel! It's very clean, Good water pressure! Highly recommend
The room on first floor #114 was not the best experience in regards to cleanliness and aesthetics. Bathroom has a moldy smell, see photos of tub and toilet. However the front desk greeted us well at check in. Breakfast was included hot buffet had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and the famous make your own waffle and eating area was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the university and amenities. I read reviews of rooms being remodeled and was hoping to stay in one but we stayed only one night.

Great staff, Samyra and Austin incredibly acomadating and friendly. They were willing to take the time to help my family and I with any questions we had about the area. Rooms are getting redone with new carpet throughout. Will stay here every time I come to Clemson.
The hotel was super clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was very nice and accommodating. Austin was excellent. Finding reasons to come back and stay at this hotel in the future
It's not a bad hotel. I was disappointed to find hair in the bathroom and on some of the towels though. The location is not bad. The front desk people were pretty cool. They have a pretty decent selection of breakfast in the morning. All in all it was okay. But there's definitely room for improvement.
They charged me for towels I tried helping a,couple out for 2 nite stay and they charged my card which i reported them to NAACP AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.... AND THEY RACIST
