This hotel could be great, but the hospitality aspect seems to be lost...
The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is great (you can walk to the airport). But it is a hotel that only "lightly cleans" at your request. We stayed for 3 days while visiting Niagara Falls. Our first room had a clogged drain. They managed to have maintenance unclog the drain, but it was left dirty, and the rubber glove used to unclog it strewn on the tub ledge. It was quicker to switch rooms than find staff to clean, so we did. The second room was fine. However, we spent a day and a half requesting fresh towels, which never got done being laundered. After several times going down to the front desk and asking for fresh towels, we gave up. On the upside, there is a classic complimentary breakfast. If you just need a decent space to lay your head, this is fine, but don't expect much service.
Family and I stayed an extended weekend in a King Suite at the Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Complementary hot breakfast was a great bonus. Plenty of complementary parking too. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating at check in, breakfast and checkout. Hotel is conveniently located near everything and across the street from the airport! We were on a 6am flight back home so this was super convenient for rental car return and sleeping in a little later. Would definitely stay here again.
Bathroom door would not stay shut. Room was clean and beds were soft. We were only there to sleep. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was typical of a hotel. We would stay here again if needed. We did not use any of the amenities. The hotel had a shuttle to the airport
It was quiet even though it was by the airport. It was clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Check in was easy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was truly on top of their game. Also, I liked how there was lemon water in the lobby and a tv so I could check the weather.
The stay was fine. The room was not super clean - especially the bathroom. The TV remote didn’t work and the Kleenex was empty. The beds were comfy, AC was cold but loud. The breakfast was good. The front desk was kind and helpful. All in all it was OK.
Very Friendly staff. Was able to store our luggage before our room was ready. Was able to get into room earlier, thankfully. The shuttle was great to the airport and we had a very early flight. Hotel overall seemed a little dingy with stains in the hallway carpet. Room carpet not vacuumed around edges.
Location of the hotel was the best thing about this place. It is very central and has access to a lot of places including the BUF airport. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the staff. No professional courtesy to their guests in the slightest, except for Dave. At the breakfast buffet, they were moving around guests, shouting at them especially the seniors guests! Ridiculous is one way to describe it. Room service did go into our rooms, took our towels but didn’t leave any new towels and we had to go to front desk to get them. Room service was too good to bring the towels to the room. Even for a budget hotel, not worth the hassle. This will be the last time we will be staying at a Comfort Inn.
The room had a microwave and a mini fridge with office chair and desk. The continental breakfast was good and it had many options. They could have had turkey or chicken bacon/sausages. The air conditioner was working great. They had a gym and a pool.
Such a clean room, very comfortable bed and blankets. I stayed in the Chelsea and the bed was huge. The bathroom was also so gorgeous--shampoo, conditioner, body wash all included. The owner reached out after my first day and asked what cleaning serv
Hotel check-in was easy, and the receptionist was nice. Starbucks is attached to the hotel. The room was clean and neat. The gym is gorgeous. Nice indoor pool and laundry room on the first floor. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, too. Ther
Pure Barre Buffalo classes are great, low impact workouts that increase your balance, strength and posture. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful too!
I have recently just started going to Teaira the beginning of the month. I started at her Glutecamp class and then proceeded with her personal training. The first day I trained with her she was very welcoming. I love the vibe she has. When you feel l
