Comfort Inn & Suites Boise Airport - Featured Reviews (643)
Nice enough. Rooms are dark and dated unless you get a corner suite. Decent amount of tv channels. Pillows and mattress need improvement. Had sore back and especially neck. Rooms reasonably clean. Which is appreciated because the Holiday Inn Express & Suites down the street is always filthy dirty. Staff is friendly. Lemon water and cookies is a nice touch. Not many hotels do that. Downside is the breakfast is less than stellar. Food area small and cramped. We were down only an hour after it started. Hot food empty for quite awhile. When it finally got filled it wasn't good. Eggs were tasteless and weird. Bacon was over salty and over greasy. Sometimes there is coffee but it is terrible. Super watery. Tasteless. Gross.
We throughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing! They were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. We did the park and fly package. The shuttle met us at the airport right after we called. We will definitely stay here again and you should too!
This place was awesome. Check in was fast and front desk super kind with my son. Was even given the option to pick which floor i wanted. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Super quiet and a park near by. Will be returning for sure.
This is a really nice hotel. There was plenty of room to park big moving trucks out back and room to easily drive out. It was quiet and comfortable. I made Waffles at breakfast. There is a public park across the street to go for a stroll. Really liked the staff and everything was great.
Very good bed in a smaller King Bed room. Clean and adequate. Not really a very good indoor pool...but an excellent breakfast buffet with nice variety. VERY handy Airport shuttle available 24/7. Less than 2 miles to the airport but really noise not noticeable from the hotel. Afternoon cookies in the lobby !!
Front Desk in the morning wasn't very polite.
When I went to go check out I asked if she needed my room key(she had no intention of taking it which is fine) but she snatched it out of my hands then threw it on the desk.
Definitely not a welcoming interaction in the morning. I understand to be tired but also you need to be respectful.
The tiniest pool I have ever seen, my kids were very disappointed. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable but our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were having a stomping competition well into the night and it took multiple calls to the front desk for them to do anything about it. We would not stay here again.
Pet friendly, thats what my review is based on. Room was clean, no bad smells from previous pets, AC was great. Check-in was easy, they had no issues with our dogs. Now if you have a reactive/protective dog that barks at noises may not be the best place for you to get a good night's rest. This is a popular hotel by the airport and flight attendants arrived late at night causing our dog to bark at car doors, hotel doors, people walking late at night etc. So just keep that in mind. Otherwise no issues with the hotel itself, it provided everything we needed. Plus area behind the hotel to walk your dogs and a park across the street as well. Had a basic free breakfast also.
This is our favorite place to stay in boise clean and stylish rooms. Great location to walk to many of the great bars and restaurants in downtown.
Breakfast is MUCH better than you'd find really anywhere else. A comfortable seating area to relax wit
Great food and very friendly staff. We came with our dog and they accommodated us very well out on the patio and brought him his own water bowl too. The food we had was all great. It's neat to have a place so close where we can get to try handmade au
