Comfort Inn & Suites Ashland - Hotel in Ashland - 434 S Valley View Rd, USA

Arrived late at the hotel due to traffic! Just a quick overnight stay at Comfort Inn as we're heading to the next city in the morning. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was satisfying. Wanted to take a dip in the 24-hour pool, but time wasn't on our side! #TravelDiaries

Positive: Nice clean room, the mattress is firm which I liked a lot and the pillow is soft but firm that support the neck well. The breakfast is nicely prepared, I liked the hot waffle and yogurt Negative: You'll need to drive to the Ashland downtown if you want to have a dinner as no restaurant nearby. Negative: ""

Worst experience at a hotel. Save your money. Female front desk worker/ receptionist was not so welcoming. We went to let her know there was a bug long bug in our room crawling she offered to come mash it with her shoe. When she came into the room all she did was huff and puff and THEN offered us a new room. ||This place is not clean what’s so ever. I wish I we would have read more reviews before staying here. The first and second room we stayed in were both dirty. The first room smelt cleaned and the second room did not. ||This place is old and I guess you get what you pay for. We were not happy with our stay what’s so ever. Horrible place to stay in mostly because of the rude female front desk worker and the dirty rooms with bugs.

Is is small hotel, good for stop after long drive, but the rooms are small, the pool was not clean so the kids was not able to swim. They have a good breakfast. The staff are friendly

Very clean. Very pricey. Breakfast offering poor. Tiny apples. Dried out oranges from someone's backyard. Powered eggs unappetizing. Coffee ok with lots of creamer. We have stayed at this motel for many years. Very disappointed.

Great place off the highway and also a very good breakfast. We were on our annual trip north to the Oregon Coast and decided to try this place as our overnight going North.|Pleasant staff, very comfy beds and decent breaky. Will stay again next year !

Save your money. I have given this place 3 chances because of the beautiful location and convenience. I spent over 2000 dollars in 2 months staying here and there isn't even anything I could eat for breakfast 😔 ( I am celiac and lactose) the swimming pool and hot tub was closed. And they absolutely do not enforce other guests to be considerate of others. Almost every day I was woken up to running and screaming to which the front desk didn't care. You could hear the noises from the front desk and he just sat there. I pay for rest. I get none here. Please save your money the rooms are dirty the TV didn't even work and the curtains were shredded from an animal I'm assuming. Very disappointed

Positive: Clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast, and a great pool area. Negative: Wi-Fi setup was wonky, worked fine once we got through their setup problem.
