Comfort Inn & Suites Airport - Hotel in Little Rock - 4301 E Roosevelt Rd, USA

Everyone was super nice. I loved how close it was to the airport, and it was easy to get to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and thermostat worked great. The lady, and I feel bad because I don't remember her name, who worked at the restaurant, was so friendly. I really appreciated it and no one could be in a bad mood around her. It was a great stay!!

Convenient free parking. Attractive common area. Clean comfortable room. Happy hour specials (5-7 pm). Decent sandwiches. Maid service everyday. Friendly front desk staff. Decent rates. After four nights at a chaotic hotel in Hot Springs, AK, what is there to complain about?

Awful experience at this hotel. It smells like cigarettes. Maybe the smell is mold too. The smell was so unbearable that you can’t really tune out the smell. The air conditioner in the hotel got really loud at times and made a rattling noise, the staff did not greet me, the comforter has a bumpy texture and the inside sheets are smooth.. the pillows are small so if you toss and turn at night when you wake up you won’t have a pillow. You can hear people from another room. So say goodbye to privacy! The TV is DISH so it’s really old and not up to date. The shower drain was clogged so I couldn’t even take a nice shower which is what most people look forward to at hotels… a nice, long, and warm shower. This is a very old hotel and the elevator is covered with scratches and dents. I used their coffee maker in the hotel room and I believe the water was slimy. I wouldn’t be surprised if there mattresses are dirty as well. There is no fridge or microwave. It feels dirty and uncomfortable so I would not consider this a “comfort” inn. Disappointing and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be close to the airport. Not worth $100. More like $50. This hotel is too old and needs all new stuff. The only thing I like is that it’s close to the airport and there is a pitbull at the front entrance but it’s not worth it to go there.

I wasn't planning on writing a review until provided with the poor professionalism in response to what should be a serious concern. I booked a room for 5 nights, and this has been my second time staying here on business. My first experience was wonderful. However, this time around, the room I was initially given was 101, and has a musty smell that has not gone away for the last few days. After kicking the AC on constant, and repetitive nights of raspy breathing/coughing (only to come and go in the same pattern as when I'm in my room vs out), I decided to politely request a room change and brought my concerns up to management. Instead of sympathizing with me, I was blamed that the smell was probably coming from my dog (a well groomed Standard Poodle whom I have been living with for the last 2 years without issue. not to mention, he was only in my room for 1 out of 3 nights due to him being a Service Dog and transitioning to my client - the reason I am in Arkansas). When I stated that is not the case, I was told it was the AC not being on constant (it is); and then told that if there was really an issue with the room, I would have brought it up the first night and not the third. I was also told that I am the first person to experience this issue. Yet, during a quick review search moments later, I located atleast 4 reviews of musty rooms, with one specifically stating the smell of mold. So my response was not only uncaring, but dishonest. I was not trying to begin an argument, so at that moment when I realized there was no regard for my concern, I politely asked for a room change. I am grateful for my new room, which doesn't seem to have the musty smell. Within an hour, I can feel myself being able to breathe clearer. However, the care I was given regardless of the room change, is why I felt the need to share my experience publicly. Due to the lack of sympathy for my concern and attempting to blame their customer, I don't believe management shares my concern and therefore, I do not foresee the possible health issue in room 101 being resolved anytime soon.

Our flight was cancelled. Thankfully we were able to shuttle there and they had a little bar and grill. This was the best part as we had no car to navigate any way to get a meal. They were very nice food wasn't fancy but was great. Highly recommend if you get stranded in Little Rock.

After a long day on the interstate the suites were very comfortable. Good bed/nice pillows. Very friendly staff. Food was ok so we didn’t leave. There were only small areas to walk the dog but I felt safe. Do NOT park under the beautiful shade trees! The mockingbirds are very active, and excretory!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Love the early breakfast and airport shuttle. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I honestly can't think of anything that could have made my stay better.

I highly enjoyed my stay here. Yes, it is a bit older property and the hallways could use a little lightening and the lobby could continue the black and granite theme they started, and the elevator is a bit slow... HOWEVER. Room - clean clean clean! Shower - nice hot water Beds - super comfy Breakfast - very nice and starts very early (appreciated!) Staff - amazing and super friendly in every way Check in - super convenient Pets - super pet friendly Cafe/bar on site for evening That being said, it "seems far" from everything - but honestly, everything about Little Rock downtown is 5 minutes away, even the high commerce areas in west Little Rock and North Little Rock are 10, maybe 15 minutes at most. Well worth staying here. Thank you!
