We stayed for 4 days. The only con was that there’s a funky smell when we first walked into the room, and the floor felt humid but it was bearable/ we forgot abt it seconds after we were in the room. Keeping the air on full blast helped! The room came with a fridge and microwave, plenty of lighting and outlets. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was strong but we found ways to make it feel less like we were being pressure washed.
Located in a great spot, plenty of parking in the area, free breakfast, free wifi, and they have a mini workout room and a pool. Overall a great experience, exactly what we needed for the trip and budget.
Good affordable overnight accommodation with spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast included. Has indoor pool but didn't use. Plenty of parking. Good shopping and food options nearby and short drive into Charleston.
The beds were comforting to my sad soul for leaving my adopted home Charleston There was hot breakfast and indoor swimming pool. The most outstanding part of the whole stay was the staff! Ms Lily was helpful in countless ways and if you are fortunate you’ll encounter young Mr Davi. He’s not only kind but very strong! Thanks to this family, we were able to endure leaving
Really good hotel. Clean, comfortable, located right off I-26. Did not partake of the breakfast, left too early. About a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Not very close to eateries unless that Waffle House across from the parking lot us your thing. Really good rates, so I'd recommend this hotel.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM. Sat in the lobby for at least 15 minutes before any employees ever showed up to check us in. Ridiculous. Upon arrival to our room, it was musky and stale smelling. At the bottom of the door jams were all rusty. I ventured off to get ice went to the fourth floor not working third floor not working second floor not working first floor not working. Had to wait on the employee to come back to the desk, but she was gone again. When she returned she had to get me ice from the kitchen. Kind of ridiculous for a nice hotel like this does not have, regular maintenance and enough employees.
The room was clean. I would’ve liked a more comfortable mattress. Kind of hard for me. And I would’ve liked to seen mattress covers to protect people from bedbugs.
I will say that the desk clerk was polite and nice. Probably not her fault She’s doing two or three jobs at once. Management needs to do a better job.
Can’t get over AWFUL smell in our room. I travel a lot and have never experienced such a terrible smelling room. We arrived at 11pm (delayed flight) and were dead tired otherwise we would have left!
Carpet worn and torn. Hair on my washcloth. Again….THE ODOR!!! Do not stay here!
We passed so many other viable options! Booked on Expedia…do not agree with 8.8/10 rating.
I had to take an allergy pill since I was so stuffed up in this room….assume mold?
Positives: front desk staff is great.
Address takes you to the wrong hotel. Pool wasn’t working and was the only reason I booked. Not even a late checkout so I could use it. No parking, sketchy back alley, people smoking weed outside. Men walking and just standing at the entrance at 8 pm. Staff was rude saying the pool was open, when it wasn’t. He was just making stuff up. And after I said I had evidence that it was closed he goes “oh”. Tv only plays sound with no actual tv playing. |The only great staff was the woman who was working the counter that night. Not worth the money
My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the week of April 22, 2024. I found this hotel located in a strategic point to move quickly on the highways that access Charleston. The outside was clean and had reasonable lighting at night. It looked and felt safe. Ms. Lilly was helpful about check in and check out and was friendly. She also was attentive to our needs to have a hairdryer in our room. The pool was clean and heated. The breakfast was well prepared by Ms. Damaris and who my family found delightful to talk to. The room 219 was found clean, with clean linens and all the mechanical worked. There was a backflow testing going on for about 2 hours, but didn't cause any problems. I might only suggest the following supplies be bought in the future to be added to the guests breakfast which are bananas, and the supplying of scrambled eggs sometimes instead of the omelet mixture type of eggs. I will give this hotel a high score and would gladly return again in the future. Thanks for a happy stay. Lloyd Yarbrough and Family

Upon check-in, I discovered that my reservation had been changed to a King room, despite needing two double beds. However, the desk clerk went above and beyond to promptly resolve the issue. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail, as
Such a nice hotel for the price. Very modern, very clean and upscale details. The staff was also so wonderful. If you are attending an event at the North Charleston coliseum, this is the perfect spot and itâs right next door.
The whole staff was excellent and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was most delightful. I am handicapped and so was my daughter and they helped us so much. The room was really and comfortable. The breakfast bar
Had a great time watching the guys throw axes at Blade & Bull in Park Circle area of N. Charleston. Staff was nice and helpful getting them going. They had a bar and then seating in the axe throwing area to watch your group as well. Closed toe shoes
