Room had dead bugs on the walls, floors were a very rushed vacuum, and what i hope was not black mold starting in the bathroom. The cleanliness had the feel of a $75 hotel. The staff was friendly and good location, but i will not be back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean. If you need any items (not at desk), the hotel is next to gas station/convenience store/AW restaurant. No other stores are nearby (walkable). Coffee and ice water are available 24 hrs in lobby. They even have a variety of good sized cookies available near the front desk. Breakfast is standard, but nicely laid out. Definitely worth a stay if in area and just need a place for the night. Nice pool too, btw.

This hotel has been outstanding in service and accommodations. Abby has put in extra effort to show not only great customer service and answer questions but takes the time to have conversation about my trip out and facts of life. It’s the personal attention to detail that shows how much she cares not only about her job but her guests as well. The rooms are always clean, the amenities have been great as well as the quick and seeming less check in and out procedures. This has definitely been one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at and I have been treated very well.

5 star prices 1 star service. I have not seen worse customer service for a hotel in my life. I stay in hotels regularly for work and this experience was beyond disappointing. I worked 17hrs, and I already made a reservation that was $300+ per night; and as I was driving to the hotel I get a text asking what my ETA is because she didn't want to count it as a "no show" and this was at 11:10PM on August 7th 2024. I asked if there was a time limit at this hotel because I've never had anyone ask me this before. She stated- "No time limit however, are system will be doing a update (1:00 a.m. - 2:30 a.m) . During that time, our system will be unavailable. See you whenever I see you. Just hope you wont have to wait after a long trip." Mind-you, this was at a rate of $300+ per night. Then when I show up she could not even physically stand up, she proceeded to question me about my personal information even though I gave her a federal ID, was a member, and when I went to grab my ID back she pulled it away saying she needed to make sure my credit card matched. I said controlling are we, she said i could cancel your reservation if you'd like because it their policy. Very very controlling and power hungry... This person should not be in any customer service position.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Upon check-in, another guest (a grown man) strolled across the lobby in bare feet to get a cookie. Upon walking into the hotel it smelled like strong perfume or air freshener and I immediately had asthma. Our room had a huge fist imprint in the wall and the shower floor was dirty. There was a large amount of mildew on the bathroom door. The air conditioner was 10x louder than any hotel air conditioner I have ever heard. Outside the room window were dozens of semi trucks idling. Just before going to sleep, the shower faucet spontaneously turned on and wouldn't turn all the way off. It slowly dripped all night. Breakfast in the morning was bad - the waffles came out badly burnt, one of the syrup packets had leaked all over the others and hardened so you had to pry them apart if you wanted syrup. The only garbage cans were overflowing and a TV on the wall was loudly blaring the news. A guest at the table next to us started loudly running a video on his phone speaker, no headphones. The only positive was that the staff were nice. We have stayed at other Comfort Inn and Suites, and this location is our only bad experience.

Positive: Friendliness of staff, cleanness of rooms and lobby areas. Negative: Pool was too cold. Breakfast was ok, but felt quality could have been better.

We pulled in around 11 pm and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. My 6 person family all had a place to sleep comfortably in one room and we all appreciated the variety of the complimentary breakfast.

Booked a room for one night for $115. Room was not clean and stank, so I left early to book somewhere else. I had already paid for the night, but this hotel has the AUDACITY to charge a $75 "early check out fee", excuse me?? How are you going to charge me for leaving early when I already paid for the entire night, what does it matter if I leave before my checkout time, you're still making money for the night. Additionally, why was I charged an additional fee nearly equivalent to a 2nd night, when the issue was the hotel not cleaning their room properly. Absolute scam and scummy behavior. This hotel is on my company's blacklist now and we do business across the entire state of Oregon with several hundred employees. NEVER stay at this hotel, they have poor management and poor cleanliness yet somehow will find a way to charge the customer extra for their own mistakes, after I had already paid for a full night and did not overstay my welcome. They literally charge you extra for "checking out early". how on earth is that logical??
