Comfort Inn & Suites - Hotel in Bronx - 2477 Third Ave, USA

The hotel is modern and conveniently located near the interstate and not far from the airport. Staff were pleasant for the most part except for the breakfast attendant who was barking instructions about the meal time and the fact all of the waffles were gone. Although my bed sheets were not clean, we were moved to another room which appeared to have fresh linen. We spotted a bug on our suitcase. Not sure it was already in the hotel or we picked up from traveling.

Rooms: are nice, very spacious, TV, microwave,z mini fridge,AC Customer service: at the front desk young hispanic girl was simply not having it, would give a nasty attitude for simply checking in, pointing at a sign for us to read & have her not to explain. African women on the other had was very nice, and patient when I asked for help & was explain the young girl what to do. 👏

I stayed here for several days when I was visiting NY. It is in a good location to the subways and within walking distance of Harlem and some restaurants. However this isn't exactly the 'safest' place to stay. There were some days during my stay where I didn't get new sheets and my room wasn't made for me. Other days were I also simply didn't have any towels in the room. The light in the bathroom also decided to turn on randomly throughout the night which created a random strobe light effect. There was also an unavoidable noise coming from the other rooms as well as the constant sirens of the Bronx. The staff were nice and knowledgeable, however didn't make up for the lesser qualities of the hotel.

Room and bathroom are nice. Not a lot of seating in the lobby area. Breakfast staff was great and they sanitized vacant tables quickly. At 2pm, the Check-in clerk wasn't attentive to customer support. Cell phone distraction slowed down check-in. After check-in, and arrival at room assigned, a maintenance staff member was working in the room. He called down to facilitate a room change.

hotel is modern and in good condition. room was clean. staff was helpful when I called in advance of trip with questions about the area. several subway stations are any easy walk from hotel to access green lines. One is extremely close, and there are convenience stores and restaurants within the surrounding blocks. housekeeping came daily.

This Hotel is very Lovely the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. ,But at Breakfast you have to wake up early like 5:30am or 6am 🙄🥱, need more rest , the bathroom have no mat for the standing tub. The room are very clean 👌🏾 😌 the microwave works but it doesn't spin, at least you get free Wi-Fi you have to bring bath mats , Extra towels, extra food just in case , items you need to carry.

For the location, you have couple of store around to get food; Service: when we arrived there I ask one of the worker at the front desk where do we store our stuff since it was not time jet for check in and she gave me a dirty look like we were supposed to know where to go. Also, no one helps us telling us where the carts were or at least bringing one out. It's very hard looking for parking in that area if you don't want to pay the parking at that hotel. For housekeeping, they dont speak english and every time you need towells they give you a bag and tell you to drop it at at basket they have and you have to take out the garbage and place it at the end of the hallway. Rooms are ok since you get what you pay for. A couple of stains. I wasn't sure what it was. They only have 1 elevator, which got stuck couple of time. Also, I believe they are using this hotel to place people from shelters. I saw a lot of guests with multiple bags.

The room was comfortable simple as kept. A king standard room for 2 was comfortable for me and a cousin for a funeral. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, TV, and we had to pay for parking ($35 I believe and just thankfully got the last parking spot they had in their lot) otherwise you have to drive around looking for a spot. The bathroom is decent just arranged a bit weird as the toilet is sitting right in front of the shower's sliding door (so you don't want to be drunk trying to do anything in there or else you will drop something or yourself between the toilet and shower 😩🤦🏾‍♀️🤭 be careful). Otherwise the room was fully stocked with what we needed, workers were nice. The complementary breakfast in the morning is simple but decent. Oh, there isn't an ice machine on each floor, only on the the 2nd floor behind the elevator (don't ask me why, idk and I was wondering the same thing). Hotel is located right before you approach the Third Avenue Bridge on the Bronx side before heading into Manhattan/Harlem. Some buses and trains are in walking distance.
