Comfort Inn & Suites - Hotel in Dover - 1120 Gateway Place, USA

Staff was so rude because they’re busy so they tried to raise the rates to $200!! I went outside and booked online for $140 a night average. This is Dover Ohio!! Lol 😂 get real money grabbers. ||Choice don’t care about you that why they gave a 30% discount to your rate. ||The room is lovely and new. I’m currently naked laying on the couch.

Convenient off and on I77. Quiet comfortable room. Plenty of space. A separate living area with sofa bed for multiple person sleep. There was five of us and the room was clean and spacious. Two tv's, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room.close to restaurants and only a few miles to alk the Amish attractions in Holmes county. Pur stay here was everything we needed to make our weekend enjoyable. she grandchildren used the |lol in the evening for a while. we would go stay here again when we are in the area.

Very nice rooms newly renovated very spacious,but come-on guys bricks are not made to be mattresses one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on.

Loved the remodeled rooms and the staff was amazing! Our entire baseball team stayed the weekend and we will be back next year!

We stayed for a Friday and Saturday night for my wife's 50th high school reunion. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The desk was quite large. The bathroom was great. There was plenty of counter space. You can actually reach the toilet paper without twisting yourself into a pretzel. The bathroom was very well lit - a plus for shaving. |The shower was nice. The only minus was that there was no convenient place to put a towel. You have to step out of the shower to get a towel. A bar or hook outside the shower on the wall to the left would be a good addition. The breakfast was average - no better or worse than other hotels. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, we were well pleased and definitely consider staying here again.

Well, they’ve lost my business! I WAS going to stay there until the reservation clerk told me the price! I was shocked to say the least! It was going to be a little over $500 for two nights! You read that right…a little over $500! I’m sure she heard me hit the ground! Ok, now I could be understand if it were a 1 star hotel…., but this is a a low to average hotel! First off, they lied like a dog to get me in to their lobby, then presented me with the outrageous price! Comfort Suites has always been a ‘go-to’ hotel chain whenever I travel..which is quite often, needless to say…the Comfort Suits chain has simply list my business! They’re crazy!

I stayed a total of 4 consecutive nights, with 3 different reservations due to 2 nights were group rates. Beth, front desk attendant, checked me in initially and made every attempt to keep me in the same room throughout my entire stay. In the morning I spoke with Josiah, front desk supervisor, and he made the final arrangements to keep me in the same room even though the hotel was sold out. Each evening and morning when leaving or entering the hotel I was greeted with a friendly hello. They also recommended local restaurants and points of interest. The room was very updated and clean. The dining area was also kept very clean. Overall I would rate this Choice location very high and a excellent value.
