Comfort Inn - Hotel in Cambridge - 2327 Southgate Pkwy, USA

We went to this hotel for the pool and it wasn't open. They didn't tell us that at check in so we got our bathing suits on and went down there and it said it was temporarily closed. We paid way too much money for this hotel. The breakfast wasn't what they advertised for Choice hotels. There are other hotels around here that have indoor pools. We do not recommend going to this hotel.

This was our first time at Comfort Inn Cambridge while on our way to visit family in Pennsylvania. The beds were comfortable, the room was nice, and the service was great. There was a hot breakfast, which was appreciated. There is a fitness area and an elevator. There is also a restroom on the main floor. It was quiet and located close to restaurants and more. We had a pleasant visit and will definitely be staying here when visiting family again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept well. The reason I did not give it a higher rating was because we always use ice when we are at hotels. The ice machines did not work here. Also, the breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. There was no yogurt or fruit other than bananas.

It was clean and the price was good, the lady at the desk was very friendly. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom though had a toilet lower than the tub and when you flush it you had to stand and hold the handle or it won’t flush all the way, the shower at first only had cold water, I noticed the handle loose so I tried tightening it. The screw was stripped but I did get it far enough to get warm water,(better than nothing). The tv plastic guide was sticky and the channels was all wrong, not really a big deal. I’d stay here again.

This was a solid value.. and with the the hotel's location halfway between Dayton and Pittsburgh, it was perfect for a one night stay to get off the road during a recent tornado watch. What really made it great though was Connie, the manager at reception. When I arrived around 11pm that night, and when I left at 7am after the complimentary breakfast, she was really kind and welcoming. Thank you Connie for your hospitality!

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was sticky-even the HVAC unit. Light fixtures broken. Fridge door wouldn’t close properly due to the ice in the mini freezer portion. Complimentary breakfast looked like something out of a prison. Pool was closed and looks like it has been down for a long time. Do not recommend. Do better Comfort Inn.

Shower was wonderful-hot water with excellent pressure. Perfect for getting the road grime and stiff muscles under control. Comfort bed. Excellent breakfast to get you going in the morning.

We did not book thru the Couice site, and my husband did not read reviews. The pool has been closed for over 2 years, there is no elevator certificate (scary noises), toiletries and towels were mismatched, breakfast items were not replenished unless asked, and tables were not cleaned between guests. Bottom line: they are short staffed with priorities going to the owners hotel next door.
