I had a wonderful time staying with Ari and Mark at their bed and breakfast. The house is beautiful, historic, and has a lot of character and charm to offer. Ari and Mark are both consummate hosts. They went out of their way with serving delicious breakfasts and preparing great cocktails. They are both talented chefs and the baked goods that they serve are all homemade. They also are great conversationalists and interesting people; it was so nice getting to know them. The accommodations were also spotless and the outdoor area with a pool is a dream. They both truly went to extra mile with personal touches to make my stay comfortable and special. I would highly recommend this as a stay in peaceful Sayville; the B and B is conveniently located within a short walk from the train station. Come as You Are Inn is also the perfect gateway to Fire Island. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
My girlfriend and I came to stay here so we could go to the Great South Bay Music Festival in Patchogue (one town over). This B+B is conveniently located close to the Train Station. Mark and Ari are great to chat with and we will be coming back anytime we are in the area. The house is old but is charming with character. Plus the backyard is very spacious with a beautiful pool. Would recommend if you’re looking to for a true bead and breakfast experience. The continental breakfast spread and backyard are really the stars of the B+B. Thanks Ari and Mark!
We spotted this gem online and actually canceled a reservation elsewhere in order to stay here. It was one of the best decisions ever. The property is clean, cozy, full of character and has great amenities. It's walking distance from the train station and nearby to several restaurants, pubs, and even the Ferry. The owners have done a lot to the property to make it welcoming and functional. We were only sad that we were in town for family events so were unable to make as much use of the property as we'd have liked. Both were warm, genuine, and great conversationalists and we felt as though we were relaxing with friends. The owners did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable and felt welcome to relax and enjoy our stay. The little touches in each room add to the charm of the place. Each room is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was amazing on its own, but we couldn't resist the made to order options so had a full breakfast each day. We absolutely will be staying here again and would highly recommend it to any who asked.
This is by far the best bed and breakfast! We had a fantastic stay! Mark and Ari went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Would highly recommend. LGBTQ welcoming, lovely breakfast every morning, beautiful grounds, conveniently located. I can’t say enough good things!
We stayed two nights and we were so impressed by everything about this inn! Let me start with Ari & Mark. Two of the nicest people! They treated us like family. hospitality was above and beyond in every aspect. The inn was lovely, the grounds beautiful and LGBTQ welcoming! We are so happy to have found such a wonderful place to stay. We plan on returning and would highly recommend!
Had a wonderful time here. Mark and Ari were excellent hosts. Great home away from home experience. We received a warm welcome, spaces were very clean, and anything we needed was at the house. We used the pool and also it was very clean, no leaves or anything. Will definitely be back. Better than a hotel, great experience.
What a great place to stay! Ari and Mark were wonderful. The breakfast was incredible, and the breads and pastries were out standing. Ari and Mark did everything they could to make us feel at home, they were fantastic! I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone. Thank you, Ari and Mark
We had a lovely weekend with Mark and Ari. We enjoyed wonderful conversations while eating yummy breakfast every morning. They were so kind and willing to drive us around. The location was great to walk to town or take the ferry to Fire Island. Can’t wait to come back!
Tried Yoga for the first time. Enjoyed it immensely. The owner, Roberta, made me welcome right from the start. Within minutes, I was a Yoga person! Very impressive place, absolutely spotless. I will definitely be back.
So glad I was able to finally check this place out! Iâve had the coffee at the local farmerâs market and it tasted great. Happy that the business expanded to a storefront location! As a coffee enthusiast, the cold brew hits the spot! The atmosph

Good place for MTN biking, lots of fun trails. Wash outs, berms and the occasional wooden structures over streams. Some uphill climbing that's worth it when you find the downhill deer trails. Recommend checking out.
Loved having brunch here! We missed the Cross Sound Ferry back to Rhode Island and ended up staying the night in a nearby hotel. We were searching for a place near the Sayville ferry and this popped up. It was worth every moment. The place was PACKED
It's a really nice place to walking, have pictures taken, historical area with some fun facts and houses from all over Long Island. There's an old school house/chapel you can rent to get married in. Think Little House on the prairie. Great for events
What a much needed and wonderful addition to Sayville! Main Street is once again bustling with the addition of this coffee house. Co owner Andrew and his staff have been super friendly and helpful, even during their super packed Grand Opening. Clear
