Went in for Brunch. There was no wait and we didn’t have a reservation. The food was good but it definitely could have been more restocked. A couple items were missing and it was still 2 hours from when they were closing. Overall good brunch buffet.
Peaceful. Clean. Good people. Great service. Drinks and food were very mediocre. Ordered 3 cocktails of different alcohol bases. By the 2nd drink I canceled the 3rd because they weren't good and getting worse. The drinks were bland, in my opinion. The food was Applebee's quality. To be fair I ordered from the happy hour menu but also that shouldn't matter. If someone else paid I would indulge but it's not worth the cost and honestly...its not worth the drive. It seems to be a great spot for 45-50+ age group.
Different cheesesteak’esque sandwich #1126 in the last five years. Special Monday drinks and cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan. We got the Filet Mignon sandwich. It came on a round roll with Potato roll qualities. Amigo Dan liked the simplicity of the roll. I thought this sandwich deserved a much better roll. The meat was tender and flavorful. Onions and peppers added flavor without being distracting. Scored an 85 because it didn’t have cheese. It didn’t need cheese but it hurt the score.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Columbus inn for an impromptu date with my girlfriend, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. However, what truly made my visit outstanding was our waitress, Lauren. Although it was her first time serving by herself, Lauren demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout the entire meal. She was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to have as our server. Overall, I highly recommend Columbus inn to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. And kudos to Lauren for an excellent job she did - she truly could teach the class on waitress etiquette. Five stars all around!
**01/13/2024 update** We've been here multiple times since the original review. They continue to meet or exceed expectations. I'm adding four new pics: the shrimp taco appetizer, the cowboy pork chop, the short ribs, and the chicken parm. All delicious. Wait staff continues to do a great job. Highly recommend restaurant. **Original review** This is a very quaint restaurant with a good bar, nice atmosphere, and very good food. Frequent private events/parties are handled in separate rooms. There is outdoor dining on the porch which -- although it overlooks the street -- is really quite cozy and inviting. The kitchen is always on top of its game. From our most recent visit, here are pics of the pan roasted jail salmon and the filet mignon. All were delicious, though the salmon was slightly disappointing. The flavor of the corn and tomatoes overpowered the subtle flavor of the salmon itself. Not pictured was the peanut butter cup dessert which was spectacular. Somehow they have been spared the post-COVID work shortage. Wait staff was abundant, attentive, and friendly. Overall, HIGHLY recommended. Also, you should definitely make a reservation.
Columbus Inn serves an authentic experience in a Historical building. The rooms are loaded with character. The meals are just as good as the historic building. Columbus Inn's service staff are great and courteous. I recommend the Columbus Inn for the upscale dining experience. The bar is loaded with great spirits. Just stop by for happy hour and enjoy a bit of relaxing. Enjoy your time at the Columbus Inn.
Did happy and brunch and both were so good! The experience was very good, the staff were nice and the food was so delicious!!
3.5 Such friendly service and great ambience! We ordered the Hummus as an appetizer which was absolutely delicious. Loved the homemade hummus! We also ordered the crispy Brussel sprouts which were okay and the classic Caesar salad which was pretty okay as well (might have been a fault on our part to order a “classic” salad). For main courses, we got the Margherita pizza which we enjoyed and crab cakes which were a 4/5. Overall, we enjoyed and might come back with friends for the service and ambience (especially during Christmas), but the food was average.

Iâm not really sure why all of the bad reviews for this place, food was very tasty, good size and very fair prices. When I went to pick the food up the host was extremely friendly, food was ready less than 15 minutes after I placed the order and i
Enjoyed our first visit here. Friendly and efficient staff. Pleasantly surprised how quickly our order was ready. Food was delicious although a bit too salty. Although limited space, they've managed to provide a nice window bar with seating which fel
Although I was only a member at 9 Round for a brief period (due to change in job situation), I would highly recommend them! I was brand new to kickboxing, and the staff here were welcoming, open to explaining the process, and made it a comfortable en
UNBELIEVABLE. We stopped here for the first time while traveling from Delaware to NY. It's in a space with other food places (a big food court), but just go straight to these guys! The food was SO DELICIOUS with every bite. We ordered the Chickn Sand
This playground features different age-appropriated play sets and also a large sandpit with toys in it. With trees and covers, you can still take a break in the shade during summer playtime. Play structures are well maintained and interesting. Parkin
Very high quality for a single stand operation, with consistent options across the board. Every meal I've had here I thoroughly enjoyed. It is difficult to remember to take pictures as it usually gone before my phone comes out. Being a small busines
Close friends of ours let us in on this local gem! The sparkling clean just polished bar is just a preview of the amazing service you will receive when you sit at the bar. Though it was my first time visiting I felt as though I was among family membe
First visited Sleeping Bird shortly after they opened a few years ago. Unfortunately my schedule precludes me from being able to stop here. Today my schedule changed and we were able to come back. Sleeping Bird is in my top 10 coffee shops, if not m
Oh how I love the menu, the ingredients, the employees, and the atmosphere. I just fill out my order on a piece of paper and hand it over to the server. May I say, she knew how to hook me up! Because, in my experience, I've never received a poke bowl
Different cheesesteak #1062 in the last five years. I have been driving by Joey Tâs and seeing his âBest of Delaware' banners for years but never had cash or there was a line. The stars aligned the other day and I stopped. I was going to get t
