Absolutely love their coffee! I always buy the seasonal Hazel Nut Hawaiian it’s a sweeter coffee. I wish we could go inside and order but they do curbside pickup and delivery through delivery is EXPENSIVE!! Update: WOW, I had previously commented on the customer service not being that great, even though I still loved their coffee, they responded by not only sending their apologies but they also sent me two bags of my favorite coffee! I really appreciate the effort they put forth! They always had me as a customer because their coffee is delicious but now I’m definitely a happy customer! Beyond excellent customer service!

Great service, lots of variety and good price, though I feel that the beans were roasted just a little bit darker than I prefer. They were single origin and not roasted for espresso (to my knowledge).

Excellent freshly roasted beans, plus very knowledgeable staff eager to help people find the coffee they'll like. They have thermoses out with samples of different coffees, so I would really suggest trying those. The price is reasonable. I am not sure about the coffee being fair trade. They also have a big selection of teas, and have smaller jars of them out that you can smell.

Only 2 stars because they just cheapened up on us all. Went from a full pound in a black bag to 12oz in a really pretty bag. Price is the same, must be an expensive new packaging. Lady told me they did this to be "in line with industry standards." Apparently "industry standards" means make people pay more for less. The coffee is still great but it's disappointing to pay the same for less product, just in a really pretty package. Super disappointed

I really enjoy this coffee. I have ordered through the monthly subscription and picked up in the store. Most recently, I purchased the coffee tastings which include 5 coffees and a virtual meeting to learn about different coffees. I bought these as gifts for coworkers and we did the virtual meeting together. John was terrific and really explained the details of the coffee.

The coffee is incredibly smooth and delicious. Just finished a bag and didn't have to use any sugar or cream.

Great coffee beans here! Ethiopia and Costa Rica are my favorites.

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. Have made many mail orders from them. Coffee is outstanding and very reasonably priced. I order a bunch to hit the free shipping threshold. And talk about shipping! Within an hour of the order I get the email that says they have shipped. And unlike other vendors that print labels and claim they shipped, I have never had an order that was not in the shippers hands the same day I placed it. The combination of quality coffee and outstanding service makes this a place I will continue to purchase from.
