This museum has alot to look at . The architecture of the building is designed like the canyon it self and has a small movie theater in there that plays clips of the creation of the Gorge trough out time. Plenty of space..I heard from the receptionist that this place can be used as a event. If thats the case it will be a awesome place to have a birthday party or something like that.

Absolutely incredible museum. We learned a lot about the geology, history and native peoples of the area. Definitely worth visiting!

Loved everything about this museum. The architecture, the indoor and outdoor exhibit and the view. A lot of stories and history were told here. Staff were friendly. There were not a lot of people on the day when we went. So it was quite. There were a lot of books for you to read if you would love to.

Well done museum! Starting with regional native American history, followed by early European settlers then onto American settlement. Many interwoven stories are told through the collected artifacts. My wife and I enjoy our time there. Well worth the price of admission.

Interesting conglomeration of Columbia Gorge historical items. Everything from religious relics to an airplane. I'm not sure of the cost because we went as a group.

Looks interesting but entrance fees looked a bit steep. Just a couple of cars on an October weekday around noon. The sign on the highway says Interpretive Center, but it is a museum. Plenty of free paved parking. See their website for entrance fees. They offer discounts for seniors, students, families, military and AAA.

A good museum to know about natives and how they fished . There are more than you expected in the museum, so do stop by if you are around

Definitely worth the 3+-hour stop! If you don't read everything there is or watch the short-clip videos, then you could cover it all in much less time--but then you'd be missing a whole lot!! Note: my photos do not do it justice.

Great location, we had a good time hiking up beacon rock we had a break in the weather so it wasn't raining, it wasn't busy it was just us and 52 switchbacks. The trail was wet but easy walking, no mud, light wind would totally recommend
