Cute place and very clean. 🎀🫧The first tea I ordered didn’t taste like anything. I ordered “wintermelon” and my sister got a strawberry milk tea…both just tasted only like milk and sugar without any flavor and we couldn’t swap it out for something we liked better. 😬 …Ended up buying a Thai tea, which was solid! I guess steer clear of the fruity milk teas if you want to taste actual flavors other than sweetened milk.

First time at this location and left with a good impression. There is a small parking lot to the right when facing the front door. Cashier answered several questions for us and recommended a good drink for a 4 yr old which she loved. The black pearls were cooked perfect. All our drinks came out in a timely manner and tasted good. I order 50% on one drink and 70% on another and they were pretty sweet. So I recommend 50% or lower sugar if you dont like overly sweet drinks. There is also a rolled ice cream store in the same building. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes boba tea.

Took my kids for their first boba, very nice place, super clean, drinks were great. Looking forward to going back again.

We received the best service from the sweetest girl at the register. When my husband decided he wanted to try something other than a milk tea with boba, she was so helpful in suggesting a few options he might enjoy. We finally settled on a passionfruit yogurt drink with star jellies, and it was DELICIOUS, tasting just like summer.

Columbia Gong cha in Rock Hill is a solid choice for those seeking a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty food and drinks. I left satisfied and would consider returning for another enjoyable dining experience.

The boba tea was delicious. I tried a few different drinks and always liked them. Customer service was great and welcoming. The cashier was very nice she gave me samples of the toppings. Drinks came out fast.

So happy there is a Gong Cha in Columbia. I used to go to Charlotte or LA to get some lol! Awesome service and clean space! Wish they had a reward program. I ordered two large earl grey milk teas with boba regular ice and 70% sugar. My go to drink when I order from any gong cha. I’m very happy they have their own parking lot especially the downtown area. Can’t wait to go back.

Tried the creme brullee strawberry latte and was pleasantly surprised. It was a bit pricey but I enjoyed the combination of strawberry with the cream. The colors were also stunning.
