Good customer service and great sales. Clean store. Parking is horrible, but that is not the stores fault.

Worst customer service! There is a lady named Elena that treated us really rudely. She was pissed because we wanted to return something that we saw cheaper, after we returned it, we were in the line trying to buy things again and she was telling me that why I have this face? And that my boyfriend was a liar. I called the manager and she was still saying things about us, yelling and being mean! I don’t get how someone can be so rude with clients! I read other reviews here complaining about employees, definitely they need more training. I hope they do something about her, because it can happens with someone that can sue the store and her easily.

Good selection and prices. Service was not so good. The person at the register treated us like she wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible.

Customer service here is awful. I entered and got looked up and down by an employee. I said hello and he completely ignored me. Later, I kept asking questions about the products regarding what they can withstand only for another employee to be condescending. I could tell she was bothered that I was asking questions. She definitely made me feel like I wasn’t worth her time. I left and went to north face instead where the employees were incredible and made sure to help me find an item that suited my needs. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like trash.

Great offers and found easily 3 different shirts to buy. Service was fast and enought selection. Load of parking places near so easy access by car.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Recently made a purchase in store & wanted to use Amex gift card at checkout for my bill with my credit card. After I swiped gift card when they told me to, I was charged $50 from its balance but for some issue at checkout, it didn't deduct that $50 from my final bill at their checkout. No one at checkout/store had any idea how to or tried to solve issue & were more interested to just get transaction done to see me out, so I eventually paid full amount on credit card. One of store representative on way out asked me to wait out few days just in case its adjusted late but nothing changed of course. When I checked with Columbia customer service, they asked me to contact store only for it. And few days later when I called store to ask about it, store just put hands up saying they can do nothing for it & just asked to againt contact Columbia customer service - more like saying "Ooops but bye now" but just in nicer words. As if this place is not expensive enough already to start with, technically ended up paying $50 more instead of $50 less in the end in all this mess. When I go to Las Americas outlets next, I know one store from where I'm not buying anything for sure. Not even about money but if only I could give negative stars for such customer service.

Great deals, nice associates, and a great new floor plan! Deals are best to be combined with the mall's VIP and regular promotions, Columbia credits, and other manufacturer coupons. Along with their regular sales, some items can be had for a fraction of the MSRP, or even outlet prices as listed. Keep your eyes peeled for tents, backpacks, and great shoes for sale here that are normally tough to find for reasonable costs.
