Color Me Mine - Painting studio in Ridgewood - 210 E Ridgewood Ave, USA

Came here with my niece to have a special day with and she loved it! She’s very artsy and loves painting so I figured this was a perfect idea. I definitely recommend reserving a table because it does get busy and during our visit when we where at the table a lot of walk-ins came in to paint but unfortunately it was booked up and busy so they couldn’t but seeing that I knew if I come back I will definitely reserve my table. The cost was $60 for me and my niece they go by the pricing of the ceramic items you pick out plus taxes, $7 per painter. It was a nice time I got a flower plate and my niece got a heart shape place and we stayed from 1:30-3:30. Definitely recommend for smaller children who are artsy or loving painting but not so much smaller smaller children since it’s very fragile inside due to the iteams on the walls and the painting.

Have been to Color Me Mine several times over the years including hosting birthday parties. A few months ago I brought my teen daughter and a friend to paint. Time got away from us with the end of the school year, graduations, etc. and I did not see the email that the pieces were ready for pick up. We went to get the pieces today and they were given away. So disappointed. A simple text or phone call as a reminder and this would not have happened. A waste of money and disappointed girls.

It was good. The people working were good. That have many different colors and options. They don't give you instructions for what time do, but very good.

Helpful staff, nice assortment of options to paint. Preteen nieces enjoyed painting their own projects. A bit pricey at $65 for two hours of painting.

We sat down for a couple hours and painted together... My wife and I... It was very relaxing and we loved it. Our piece came out fantastic... it's great for kids and adults... As a matter of fact we've been meaning to bring our six-year-old daughter there with us next time... they go through the crash course with you once you sit down with your unpainted pottery just to show you what what and they're very attentive should you need anything else like more paint or other brushes Etc... Staff was very friendly when we were there and very helpful... Prices are not bad considering this is a storefront in Ridgewood New Jersey... I'd say it's comparable to other stores doing the same concept ... I think we ended up getting our piece back within two weeks... Once you're done painting it you just make sure that your name is on it or with it I'm not sure how they did that exactly I can't remember... But you just leave it where it was on the table and they handle it from there and send it off to get glazed... Once it's done they give you a call to come pick it up and it's already paid for... You just stop in and grab it and bring it home to enjoy. I know they've been there for years prior to us checking it out but it's something we should do more of. Definitely good for families or even a date night.

We took our three young children there for a fun outing and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the staff and experience! All of the staff members were so friendly, kind and helpful... coming over to refill paints and offer assistance with smiles throughout even though the shop was busy with customers. Towards the end of our session my daughter accidentally knocked over her piece and it broke. The manager gave her a brand new piece to paint at no charge! We were incredibly touched and it made the experience all the more amazing! We’ll definitely be back!
