Oyo randomly closed early and made us go to this hotel across the street while checking in for our reservation. I’m like “okay, a new hotel, cool!” Not so much. First of all, we arrived and our room wasn’t clean and the door was opened. The front desk changed us rooms and in our new room we arrived with no shower curtain, no soap or shampoo etc and NO towels. This is literally how our hotel room looked when we arrived. The bed looked HORRID. My 4 year old could make a better bed than this. When we called that there were no towels, the front desk brought us one bar of soap and one hand towel. Extremely disappointing to say the least. Please don’t open a hotel unless you’re “ready” because this is such bad management to the point their first review is 1 star.
Tired hotel. Rooms just okay, but nothing special. Going under new management so hopefully they will update the place. No bfast. No comfy lounge area to sit in if you want to get out of your room for a bit.
