Such an amazing place to sit and relax for a few hours. Several people walking, fishing, and hanging out. Great location, just outside of downtown. Plenty of free parking around.

Light the Lake event on Friday night was very popular. The Christmas tree was lit and lighted candles were placed on the sidewalk along the lake.

One of my favorite places for my morning walks.

A great place to sit and relax, or walk/run around the small lake. Plenty of free parallel parking nearby. Felt like an oasis. There are a lot of bugs which made it hard to sit and enjoy the peacefulness. The sunset was really pretty. There is also a field closeby where you can play tennis, basketball, pickle ball or soccer.

Beautiful oasis on the peninsula! Perfect for a stroll or a seat among the beautiful greenery and flowers. The neighborhood all around is quiet and clean. A great place to walk the dog, read a book, or spend some quality time. And no tourists! 😆

It's a very peaceful place where you can go to clear your head, go for a walk/run, take your kids or even your fur baby for a stroll, I've even seen some people fishing. Then if you'd like to be a bit more active there are tennis courts. Last but not least this location has free WiFi so if you need to finish up some last minute papers and don't want to sit indoors this is definitely the spot to go 😁

Its very peaceful and enjoyable to walk around the lake. Very pretty views and quiet. I see ppl dog walking, running, strolling, rollerskating, taking naps, doing a workout, having a picnic or enjoying just sitting on one of the many park benches relaxing. A Charleston must do

Dog park, skate park and open fields for kicking a ball around. Spring, summer, and fall there's a farmers market. Only thing that could make it better is lighting for after dark.
