I gave this place one star because it met my minimum standard for cleanliness. And as a plus the fridge worked, and the A/C kept it cool with minimal noise. What was amazing was I had never been in a motel before where the table, floor and bed all vibrated from the drone of semi’s parked across the street! If you need truck or truck/trailer parking, or need to be near Pilot, then this is the place; otherwise don’t bother unless you’re desperate.

Checked in and requested room on back side. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and I was given a room on the back side. Room is large and well kept! IT WAS SUPER CLEAN!! A/C worked great tv great wifi great. Decided to stay an extra day to prepare for long drive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful! I will stay here again!!

I really want to give this hotel a higher rating. As I could tell/see the care the owners have for it. I saw the owner cleaning a room. Our room was clean. But the bed was just bad. I don't care how good a place is...if the mattress is crappy you get 3 stars.💁‍♀️

Boy, did these people screw up… I don’t know if the person I interacted with was the owner, manager or just an employee whoever he was rue himself and the hotel out of business. Here’s what happened. I had parked my semi and the pilot across the street and was planning on getting room for the night just to get out of the truck. I decided to let my little Shih Tzu, stretch her legs and took her for a walk around the lot and also so I can look at the cleanliness of the hotel. Suddenly, I was confronted by a rather rude guy Who came up on me and asked me what room I was staying in. I told him I wasn’t in a room and that I was just letting my dog go for a walk. Keep in mind I was at the front/side of the parking lot nowhere near the building. He proceeded to rudely tell me that my dog could not be walked on his property and then I had to leave immediately. I was so taken back by the sheer rudeness that I didn’t tell him I was actually on my way in to get a room because at, it was clear to me that this A-hole did not deserve my business. I get it, people from other countries and cultures think dogs are evil but to be so rude to a potential customer is completely ridiculous. I will never patronize this hotel and I hope any of your dog lovers out there reading this will do the same. There are plenty of hotels in the area with far nicer employees. This guy in this hotel does not, and should not warrant any business whatsoever. Say what you will about people coming here and living the American American dream, but not at the cost of just doing respectable business. People like this should learn our customs and courtesies, and those who do not, do not deserve business. You are not the only hotel in town therefore you do not have a monopoly and hopefully this teaches you a lesson in manners and humility. On a sidenote, there are plenty of shady people in the area and the fact that this guy chose to pick on a 14 pound. Shih Tzu is paramount to the kind of business he wants to run. Good job knucklehead you just lost a ton of potential business.

Woke up a few hours after checking in with my hand itching turned the lights on and BEDBUGS!!!! All over my pillow and sheets! I only stopped because my daughter was sick and thought this place looked decent enough. When going to the front desk to request a refund I was met with skepticism and attitude, like I was trying to lie, told me to come back with pictures of the bed bugs in my bed! So I took pictures and came back, pictures for everyone. Room 212 3/17/2024

Positive: Very clean and freshly smelling room. Plenty of towels and well kept room Also well priced. Negative: hotel sits behind some gas station hard to find from Highway if not by the big billboard out on main highway. The only other negative is that it is right in front of a truck stop and diesel refueling station with constant truck traffic until late night Negative: ""

I stayed here three nights while in town, and I'd do it again. The price was very reasonable, and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than I was expecting. Very convenient location by the Interstate. It's across the street from a truck stop, so you'll likely get some engine noise, at least if you're on that side of the hotel, like I was. But on the plus side, you can run over there for a coffee or any little supplies that you may have forgotten.

Terrible and will never go back. Disliked · The location was very loud and you can hear semi truck noises all night as it is right next to a truck stop. Room was not clean, switches were sticky. Bathroom was a disaster. When taking a shower it backed up and you were standing in your own bath water. I also slipped and injured myself due to this backflow. Huge bruises all over my body from falling. Staff was very unprofessional. If you are expecting a secure location they don't take it seriously. My card stopped working and I went to get it renewed but they didn't even check who I was before renewing the card to get into my room. I felt very unsafe at this location. The smell of cigarette smoke filled the room whenever you turned on the bathroom vent. Disguising. Upon checking out I was supposed to get a refund of my deposit on the room but no one was there to give me my deposit back. I put my card in the window and left.
