This will be a different kind of review today. I'm at the Colonial Pancake House in Wyoming Pa on Wyoming Ave, also known as State Route 11. I have done a few videos from here before so I'm just going to do a write up review. I started off with a cup of chicken noodle soup which was nice and hot. The ham and cheese club is really tasty also, definitely worth coming out to try. Until next time be blessed and stay safe.

Really easy to get a seat here. They also have a decent breakfast menu and the service was fast.

Tasty, plentiful breakfast in a welcoming, family owned- style environment. So glad we stopped in!

Food was good, Service was good the way the owner treats her young employees is absolutely terrible and uncalled for. She needs to take some Mgmt classes and learn that you counsel in private and praise in public. These young ladies were doing their very best on a busy Sunday Morning and she felt it necessary to berate and belittle them in front of customers. She should be ashamed of herself. Do Better!!! RESPONSE!!!! Lets be honest ,The Facts are the young girl accidently gave an order of toast to a customer whose order didn't call for it and you thought by calling a servers meeting on the serving floor to berate and accuse her of stealing from you in front of her peers was a professional move you are sorely mistaken. She handled herself better than most adults would've considering the unprofessional circumstances. She apologized for her mistake and then proceeded to pull 2 dollars and some change from her apron to make it right. Had she intentionally stolen from you why let her finish taking care of her two tables and why give her a menu to study so and tell her you're going to quiz her on it. Remember this!!! Say and forget it write it and regret it. She's not the lucky one you are. Social media and Word of mouth can make or break you .

Waited 20 minutes for waitress. 45 total before getting COLD and under cooked breakfast. The place was less than a third full of customers. We weren't the only ones not happy with service, but there was ONE waitress working her butt off while the others did God knows what... I've lived here all my life and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt....maybe a bad day or a new cook or they're short staffed or whatever, but I give up. Lousy food and service multiple times over multiple years tells me this place just isn't good and should be avoided .

The young ladies excel in their roles, yet I observed a situation that warrants prompt attention. I want to take a moment to express my disappointment in the accusation against a young woman for mistakenly offering toast and how disheartening it was to witness. I won't be returning to this establishment due to concerns about the business practices and handling of such situations. Instead of using this as a teaching opportunity, the public embarrassment was unprofessional. Labeling her a thief for a simple mistake is unacceptable. A more seasoned management approach is crucial. Use this incident as a chance to improve and remember the importance of treating staff respectfully. Wishing the establishment better days ahead, you’ll need it.

I'm not someone who is really into breakfast but this was so good I had to write my first review!! So filing and the staff was friendly. The menu was a little overwhelming because of all the options but that is a great first-world "problem" to have! The Plain Jane was perfect.

Service was fantastic! "Hat lady" was fantastic and works non stop! 🩷 best personality...very attentive and mindful of customers and their needs! Always seems to want to make someone smile!
