Great location! Simple and clean. Stayed in tarpon and had a beautiful view of the gulf. Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Met the owners who were sweet and showed us some of the larger units for if we come back with friends. They were Very accommodating Wonderful location. Can’t wait to come back.
We always go here for our end of the year trip. The rooms are spacious and the host are really great. We will again plan for our next stay!
The beauty of this oasis is exceptional. You would never know it until pulling in and taking a stroll through the courtyard and onto the beach which is directly behind the house. I was in awe of all the things growing and items placed with loving care. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating.
You will never want to leave. I didn't. The unit had everything we needed and more. I felt like I was home. Thank You So Very Much Jim and Laura! We Will Return. 🥰🥰🥰
These apartments provide the best of both worlds- beach and gardens! All places are fully equipped and comfy, clean and decorated with such nice touches, inside and out. Our whole extended family has stayed at all of the 6 apartments at one point, and they are all great- Plenty of outdoor space, beach loungers, Adirondack chairs and the gazebo can accommodate over 20 people if needed, with a cooling fan. We love this place and this is our 3rd family reunion there. Laura and Jim could not be better hosts.||Thank you!
We stayed at the inn last month. It was our 4th stay, and our third year in a row. The place is always clean - and we are picky on cleanliness. It’s a slice of old Florida that reminds me of my childhood. The gardens are charming and beautiful. The beach is fantastic and the location can’t be beat. Try Crabby Bill’s for breakfast as well as dinner.
Laura and Jim are wonderful and take great pride in what feels like our ‘home away on the beach.’ Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.
Oh my gosh what an awesome find!! This place is peaceful and relaxing and homey. Incredibly clean, while still being just an old beach house. All the amenities you need are provided- including beach lounge chairs!! Porch swings, gardens, Adirondack chairs, porch chairs, a hammock, a picnic shelter, grill... you name it! And Laura and Jim are wonderful hosts- I was told “Your only job is to relax!” 💗
As the saying goes... "3rd times a charm" and it still truly is. Jim and Laura have kept the charm while understanding the need to update the efficiencies. ||||We have a family reunion every 5 years and continue to return to their place. We rent the entire place. This was our 3rd reunion and we wouldn't go anywhere else. You wake up to the beauty and sound of the gulf. ||||The apartments have everything you need (newer refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, tv's, etc.), are kept super clean and you even have a wonderful gazebo w/ a gas grill. This came in handy for our trip as we had the remnants of Earl for two days and all 20 of us were outside most of that time!!! And for those of you who love outdoor showers, I cant forget to add that they have a very big clean one.||||Oh and you cannot overlook the hospitality of innkeepers Laura and Jim who make you feel like you are visiting a 5 star hotel. They are so accommodating and make you feel so welcome. I can't say much more other than this is my 3rd review of them and they get it right each time...||||Thank you Laura and JIm...
Excellent location to the heart of it all at Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful walk through the flower garden on your way to the beach just steps away. If you stay in The Indian or Garden rooms, there is a laundry room for washing and drying clothes between the two. CVS just across the street, along with several restaurants. Only negative is the parking and no internet service. Owners said it's due to the new Spectrum ownership. I would recommend staying in one of the rooms with an ocean view.
When I arrived, I felt like I stepped into Christmas village. Decorated with the cutest pieces. The room was a 2 level suite. Outdoor patio overlooking the water. The boats had cute names and decor also. The room in itself was clean, well organize

Found this quaint place right on the beach. Hosts were fabulous. Accommodations were great and amenities included beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Uncrowded beach even though public. Close to so many things either walking or driving. Fantastic gu
Nice quite side of the Clearwater area just a quick 12 minute ride south. I think there's like 8 parking spots so on the busy season you may be hard pressed to find a spot. No showers or bathrooms here but it's worth it. If you prefer less of a crowd
This place was so good I ate here twice during my week visit.
Everything was wonderful. Not sure what I liked more the char broiled octopus or the blackened grouper. I know you can't go wrong with a slice of the key lime pie
