Good company to work for. They treat their employees better than you'd expect for such a large company. As for the actual work it all depends on who your direct manager is and what exactly you're doing, as with any large company. Overall its usually a very good place for employment and, despite other reviews, it feels very diverse to me for a primarily engineering company.

Giant building - very spacious. The lobby has a lot of windows and the security staff is very friendly. This site is great for doing work related to Collins Aerospace but may not be suited for other business and activities. Lots of parking spots and tons of places to walk around. Would come back again!

It's a great place to work and the only place that runs like an enterprise out here. I don't know why the people are putting 2 stars with the complaints they have. I question how many other places they have worked. I like it and the work you do is important.

Most unethical company to work for! They are raciest, and the good old boys club. Glad I am out of there and went to GE automation which is better! If you are white, Christian, raciest, and redneck, this is the best place for you. If you are anything shy of a difference from these traits...better stay away!
