Pretty nice multi use park. There is a playground for kids and a basketball court. Nice grassy areas. It is surrounded by houses and a short walk from downtown.
Photos from the gathering of the IC Pride parade day.
The only park around Iowa City where the nice white flowers bloom all around in spring. A nice place to visit during spring.
It's just so beautiful and serene, especially during falls! Nothing special, but you feel a good vibe and a positive energy when are are there.
Beautiful park has been the go to place for weddings, queer events, barbecues, tent city with the 99% & other happenings in Iowa City for many years. Only downside are no bathrooms or water.
Nice place to hang out. Playground, gazebo, bocceball court and large green space.
Lovely little historic park in the middle of a quaint neighborhood not far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very nice playground as well as a lovely gazebo! There are several park style grills in the park as well! This park is very safe during the day and is very well lit at night so not a huge safety concern if you visit at night! During the day you will see a mixture of college students, families, and older individuals all enjoying this lovely park!
College Green Park is great small park located right downtown. Despite its downtown location, it maintains a tranquil atmosphere.

The Mormon Handcart Park is a lovely spot for a picnic and brief walk through history. This grove of trees is the riverside spot where nearly 3,000 members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints gathered, camped, prepared and departed for
What a unique park, in that it has 7 entrances with many rough paths that are shortcuts to get to areas of the park a lot faster! Not only that, but the park is attached to the Pappy Dickens Preserve, which is beautiful! I've, personally, never seen
The park is undergoing a total renovation and it's looking really good! They have replaced the very old basketball hoops, they're placing an area for swings and a jungle gym structure is also starting to take place. The canopy looks fantastic; there
What a beautiful park! Paved trails wind around slightly rolling hills. Went there to see sunset and discovered the perfect lake for reflections. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to location to watch the sunset without any buildings or
Love this cute and quiet park. Itâs very convenient for walking/running/biking because it loops in a circle. The kids playground is conveniently located in the middle and there is a sitting area with a shelter close by. In the summer itâs nice to
What a PERFECT splash pad for toddlers! Most of the water is coming up instead of pouring down on them, which many little kiddos don't like. My 11 month old loved it. It has bathrooms, a nice shelter house, multiple shade trees by the pad, and a nice
Never seen that many soccer fields or players all in one place. I thought it was a bit of a confusing set up, but it was my first time there. Thank goodness my son-in-law was driving. We went to see the younger grandsons play (they lost ð£). As the
CrossFit Kilo2 changed my life. This place is a great place to make friends, get very fit or train to compete.

I started a sleeve with Mandy, the shop's newest talent. I will be using her as my artist for all future work after we complete the sleeve! I gave her my idea, then allowed her creative freedom with the piece. Her creativity is taking the sleeve to a
