We stayed here for 4 nights in July and had a wonderful time. The grounds of the B&B are absolutely beautiful with an incredible view overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. After a long day of hiking and sightseeing, it was so peaceful relaxing in the yard and taking in the view. As we are very early risers, we didn't partake in the amazing breakfasts, but the hosts were so accommodating and provided us with a to-go breakfast the night before with yogurt, fruit, homemade muffins, juice and snacks. We did enjoy the evening happy hours with wine and wonderful appetizers. Our room was beautiful with a private entrance and a large picture window overlooking the grounds and waterfront.

This was the second stay at Colette's Bed and Breakfast Inn for my husband and me. We really liked it the first time, in October 2012, and loved it even more in May 2024. We stayed in the Iris Suite, which is just as beautiful and relaxing in reality as it looks on the website. The huge picture window looking out over the renowned gardens and the Strait of Juan de Fuca contributed to the peaceful atmosphere of the room, whether it was raining or sunny. The breakfasts (four days' worth for us) were absolutely delicious and helped make us feel so pampered. In addition, there was a happy hour each evening from 5:00 to 7:00, which one night included a fabulous caprese salad skewer and homemade focaccia bread that we enjoyed so much we skipped going out to dinner. I can't omit raving about the wonderful brownies and cookies that were laid out each evening for a late-night snack. ||Cristy was kind enough to make dinner reservations for us for two other nights we stayed at Colette's, the first at Dockside Grill in Sequim and the second at Kokopelli Grill in Port Angeles. Both of these were dining at their finest, and both places regarded us as VIPs because Colette's sent us there. It was really fun and promised the ultimate in freshness to watch the fishing boats from the windows of the inn, out in the strait, catching the halibut we would have for dinner! ||Finally, I was so impressed by the Guidebook that Colette's sent us via email a week before our arrival. It listed attractions around the entire Olympic Peninsula as well as detailed instructions regarding the inn itself. This was a high-caliber, easy to read guide, complete with pictures and links.||We highly recommend Colette's Bed and Breakfast Inn in Port Angeles, Washington, for anyone contemplating a stay on the Olympic Peninsula!||Vicki & Charlie--Sugar Land, Texas

We had traveled to the Pacific Northwest some twenty years before, but never made it to Colette's. We intend to be back. The area is rural an adjacent to the Olympic National Park. The B&B sits on a cliff looking out towards a beautiful blue strait. The garden is lush and the view is outstanding. The rooms and picture windows lend themselves to the beauty that surrounds this hidden gem. |The breakfast and staff are both accessible but in the background. This location is quiet and the fresh air with a fire pit allows one to enjoy the sunset. Breath taking. |.

I was traveling solo and spent the last two nights of my hiking vacation at Colette's to treat myself before heading back into the world. The room was perfect - comfortable bed, soft robes and linens, sofa by the fireplace in front of a spectacular view, and a jetted tub. The service was incredibly thoughtful without ever being overbearing. The breakfast was amazing! This was exactly what I needed; it was the perfect place to stop and take a breath. I wish I'd done 3 nights, I think that would be perfect. I recommend bringing a bottle of wine and reserving time to spend in your room and the beautiful gardens.

We went for our 46th anniversary. Collette's fulfilled all of our hopes and helped make the anniversary very special. The breakfasts were both beautifully presented and tasty. Filling without being overwhelming. The view from the Cedar room was so lovely , especially as the sun set over the water. Seeing the eagles fly past our window was awe inspring. The host was wonderful. Warm in a very authentically human way. All and all we will be back as soon as we can.

The perfect place to stay in the Olympic Peninsula! My husband and I came here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. This place completely blew us away- from the gorgeous grounds to the beautiful and comfortable room, to the incredibly delicious breakfasts & happy hours, and the impeccable hospitality provided to us from beginning to end. We enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs and watching the bald eagle couples swoop by! We hiked the NP each day, so coming back here was something we looked forward to each day! Everything was perfection!

Exceptional bed and breakfast! My husband and I spent 2 nights at Colette’s and enjoyed every minute of it. The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens. We couldn’t wait to partake their incredible gourmet breakfast every morning. I was told one of their recipes was published in Sunset magazine. We’d fun getting to know other guests during their daily happy hour, drinking wine, and eating hors d'oeuvres. ||Cristy, Cindy and Mitch were wonderful. They’re warm, friendly and helpful. They’re informative, responded patiently to all my questions, and fixed any issues promptly. They gave us and other guests great restaurant recommendations and made difficult to get reservations for us. I was impressed by their excellent service.||We’d a beautiful view from our gorgeous “Architectural Digest designed” suite. It’s so relaxing sitting on the couch, looking out from our window, and watching the eagles flying back and forth to their nest. I’d hope to catch a glimpse of a whale while sitting on one of their front lawn adirondack chairs. Alas, I didn’t see one. ||We can’t wait to return for another stay. I’ll tell our family and friends about this wonderful bed and breakfast.

Fantastic experience! We needed a restful getaway and chose Colette’s Bed & Breakfast as our home base in the Olympic Peninsula. The building and gardens are understated luxury. We stayed in the Azelia room with spectacular views of the staits and Victoria, BC. Eagles were nesting nearby and were seen soaring regularly during our stay. The room was so comfortable and understated luxury with a fireplace, luxury bedding, comfortable couch and luxury bath amenities. While the property is lovely, the breakfasts are out of this world! Gourmet breakfast's are made freshly daily and are a real treat! I highly recommend this venue for a luxurious, low key stay!

Our stay was great! Even though it was winter, we enjoyed walks in the yard and garden area. The setting is quiet and secluded. The property is adjacent to water but there is no beach access due to the high, steep bank. Dungeness Spit is a short driv
