A great place for specialty ice cream cakes or cupcakes. I go here often and enjoy their mix ins and shakes. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is delicious. They have plenty of flavors and add ons and even cookie sandwiches. Yum! A small shop with a few tables inside and out. They offer delivery with Doordash so you don't miss out. A fun destination for kids, the place smells amazing.

Thank you Kelsey for being courteous, professional and kind while answering my questions. I ordered a cake and got ice cream to go, too. Cold Stone Creamery in Palm Harbor is clean and serves the best ice cream. I will visit again soon.

I believe Madison was the name of the girl that helped me, short brunette girl. She was absolutely fantastic, knew the answers to every question I asked, and she convinced me to come back for a birthday cake for my moms birthday on July 30th, which I wouldn’t have considered before. Definitely deserving of more than she’s getting paid for all that she put into my visit. Kudos to her!

Love coming here...The cakes are excellent and there is a wide selection ready to go. They even have a pumpkin bread batter pie for the fall season! The staff is quick and caring...

Customer service skills from Ash and Pat were horrible. The young man was pleasant and helpful. Ash the young lady was disrespectful rude and behaved like she was doing is a favor. Pat the manager totally ignores customers and talked about her personal life and extremely negative. We asked her a question pertaining to cakes and she ignored us. The young man tall with dark hair ..his name started with the letter C was outgoing friendly. 2 bad apples certainly makes for 1 star.

This location just like many others is fantastic, the service is fast, the service is friendly. This location is very clean with the exception of the floor, which is not that big of a problem it is expected that an ice creamery would have sticky floors. The ice cream is well presented and the work area is clean. This location also has a tip bell which is cool because I don't think I've seen that at other locations and if there are they aren't used like they are at this location.
