This location has the best customer service. The manager Jeff was training another employee at this location he was very polite and patient with him and when Jeff attended me as well my gift card was having issues with system. He was very helpful and had excellent customer service and insight. He was able to help adjust the issue.

Edit** Went again with my parent and it's still the best. This place is pretty good. Ice cream was really good. I think better then a blizzard from DQ.

I am still craving the special Red Velvet Cake and Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae they were offering during February. It was so delicious and creamy! It has been the best ice cream I've had in years! I need t9 visit again to check out their newest menu items!

I love their coffee ice cream with walnuts and fudge in a waffles bowl! So good!!

Ice cream tastes freshly made and super creamy. Location is not overcrowded and tables are clean

There is always something wrong here, today they were out of Choclate and Heath..they have been out of Heath for months and they are always out of something else...I didn't buy anything today and I simply won't go back...I'll go.to MarbleSlab from now.on....

Three employees stood talking with each other while my partner and I stood in front of the empty ice cream trays. A sign was taped to the glass partition that said they only had three flavors, but two were already scratched out. A customer can understand technical difficulties, as we did, but there’s no excuse to be rude and not even acknowledge the people standing in front of you. A woman walked in after us and was shown the same lack of respect. We went next door where the doors were open and people were inside, but the employees looked at us, said they were sorry but they were closed. It was a small gesture, but it showed the level of customer service and, honestly, just plain common courtesy. We’ll likely go back to that one, but we don’t feel encouraged to come back to Cold Stone at this location. Zero stars for customer service here.

Ice cream is tasty! Ordered chocolate with cookie dough mix-in and fudge topping. Only issue is there was barely any cookie dough, but it was still good.
