The ice cream is good. The ingredients are good. But the quantities of mix ins in my “gotta have it” waffle cone was sad. Hadn’t been to cold stone in a long time. Wont be back. $12 dollars for a waffle cone and there was so little brownie it was pitiful. I PROMISE your waffle cone wont look like the pictures. 1/2 as much ice cream, 1/4 of the mixers.

Really good place to eat, highly recommend eating here. Even has dairy free options!

Was sitting eating my ice cream, which was great as always, when an elderly gentleman came in. The cashier was awesome with him, knew exactly what he wanted, had a short conversation while making his order and then walked him out to his car. Great customer service!

The best ice cream you can get in Flagstaff, in my opinion. And this comes from an ice cream snob that makes his own ice cream a lot. I've also been very impressed with their staff, I can't think of a time I've been there (20+ times) and their staff hasn't been very welcoming and kind.

This was my first time in a cold stone creamery, and I got to say, it was really good. I forgot what I got, but it had both cheesecake ice cream, and then strawberry ice in it , mixed with pie crust and strawberry, mashed together and top with whipped cream, absolutely delicious, friendly staff.

You know you're eating a good quality ice-cream when it hasn't melted by the time you finish it! The hand mixing action you get to see there makes for an extra special experience.

I’ve lived in this city a whole year and never even noticed this was over here! I’d googled if we had any CSC locations nearby, cuz I wanted to get a gift card for my friend’s kid (So she could get a bday dessert on me, since I can’t be with them to celebrate). When I came in, the atmosphere was super clean & smelled amazing!! I’m guessing it was the fresh cones?? Buying a gift card was quick & easy. I asked Ian how much would your typical kid’s size treat cost? He named a specific thing from the menu (can’t remember what it’s called) that he said is a common one that kids seem to like; said it’s about $8. Which all turned out perfect, cuz I had in mind I’d get a $10 gift card. GOOD WORK! He was also very polite & inviting. Even tho I’m not much of a sweets-craver, this’ll be in mind if the opportunity arises to get ice cream somewhere. Hey, it is warming up outside lately.
