Today—> I've always loved cold stone but I hadn't returned since the last time (old review). Today my apple has mold 😩😫 I wanted to eat my apple so badly. Seriously, I don't think I'm even lucky! 8 months ago—> We bought a big container ice cream, I asked then to add and mix chocolate chips with almonds. The 70% of the ice cream was just ice cream and the chocolate chips and almonds disappeared. So dissatisfied

I first tried this Cold Stone a couple of years ago and did not have a great experience. However, I have been back a few times, so I feel like it's time to update my review. I have not had another bad experience since then. The kids generally work hard to make sure the customers have a fun way to get a delicious treat. The restaurant is clean and generally runs well. Even when they've got a line to the door they get you through pretty quickly. (They've got 5 small tables to sit at inside) PRO TIPS (especially if you're bringing your kids): -Ask them to toss the ice cream! They're trained to throw the ice cream in the air, which makes it exciting! -They have a kids sized scoop... You don't have to buy a $5 ice cream for your 4 year old! It's not on the menu, but they'll do it for you. (They put a topping on rather than mixing it in, but my littles don't complain!) -Tip them and they'll sing a song!

Employees sped through the line and put on a show for us tonight by tossing ice cream scoops in the air and catching them in the cups. They provided excellent service too. Ice cream and mix-ins were perfectly blended, rich and creamy. New flavors are fantastic. Come back if you have not been in awhile to try new combinations.

The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly. The ice cream is terrific. I got the Berry Berry 🍓 and Dad got the chocolate devotion.

Cold Stone is a great place for ice cream! This location also has the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in it, they have a delicious selection of chocolates and caramel apples they are beautiful and tasty. This place has everyone covered when it's time for a treat. I was excited to see these two companies under one roof.

Great ice cream and the workers were awesome! Every time they were tipped, they sang. It was very amusing to my kids.

Two stars only because we came in 30 minutes before close, and they did greet us upon entering. However, I am very dissatisfied with this experience. There were about 5 or 6 people working. We were the first people in line and we spent a few minutes looking at the menu. When we were ready to order, 3 employees made eye contact with us and one continued taking ingredients to the back instead of helping us. When we finally ordered, it was a signature creation, and the guy made it wrong. I had to remind him twice to add what was actually supposed to be in it. He also didn’t mix any of the ingredients IN the ice cream, just around it. When he handed it to me I asked him to take it back and actually mix stuff in. He took it back and still didn’t mix the ingredients into the ice cream. I like ice cream, but I came here to have something I couldn’t make myself by throwing everything on top. When he handed it back to me his hand touched the ice cream a little as well, and they don’t wear gloves. We debated whether or not to say anything in the store again and decided against it because they clearly wanted to be done making ice cream and close the store.

Great ice cream and they were super busy! I feel like if you don't get the waffle cone you are getting jipped though on size. My "Love It" size didn't even clear the rim of the paper cup and those who had the same size but in a waffle cup were wayyyy bigger.
