Good service, even when the place has a big demand and the staff is super young. Ice cream flavors are really good, my kids love it

Delicious and so creamy. I thought I could handle the big cup, unfortunately couldn’t finish it, that was such a huge ice cream. I tried the strawberry batter batter topped with whipped cream. Simply delicious. The service was great, and fast. All the counter looked clean. Definitely coming back to try a different flavor and probably order one of the the ice cream cakes. 🍰🍦

Cold stone ice cream is always the bomb! I love the smell of waffle cones aroma when I walk in Cold Stone. Did you know their waffle cones are homemade right in their store? 😍 I simply love their ice cream, they taste wholesome and fresh by using the finest ingredients, including fresh dairy, fruits, and premium candies and toppings. Are they a little more expensive than other ice cream shops? Yes, but you’re paying for high quality ice cream and their ice cream is delicious!!🍦 Great for a date night, family fun day, or a group of friends! 😃

Cold Stone Creamery has great ice cream with great service! Cold Stone Creamery is a well-known chain ice cream store. What makes them different than other ice cream shops is that they have their workers use a lot of manual labor to add mix-ins to your ice cream. They have a ton of mix-ins to choose from, including brownies, candies, cookies, and cereal, and have a good selection of ice cream flavors. If you can't decide on your own ice cream creation, they have pre-designed signature creations to choose from. They also have smoothies, shakes, and ice cream cakes. What also makes them unique is that the workers sing when you give them a tip. I came to this location on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long line out the door. It actually took quite awhile to get through the line. We ordered the coffee ice cream with brownie mix-in and the strawberry ice cream with strawberry mix-in. The worker that mixed our ice cream was enthusiastic and provided great customer. It looked like a lot of muscle went into the mixing of the ice cream. The cashier was also really friendly and helpful. There were a lot of workers that were working really hard and they all seemed to be very positive and in great spirits. Both flavors of ice cream were really delicious. We ordered the Gotta Have It Size for both to-go and ate them over a few days. The strawberry was soft and creamy and the coffee was really enjoyable with the brownie pieces mixed in. Other than the long wait, we had a really good experience at this Cold Stone Creamery location.

Very disappointed. This guy stopped me at 9:45pm to tell me that I can’t come in because they are under staffed at 9:45pm on a Saturday with 4 employees. I told him to fly a kite 💯

Edgar was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely nice as I was very giddy to get some ice cream because I only enjoy cold stone ice cream! He mentioned the rewards and explained how the points worked, which was extremely helpful. I’m a happy new rewards member. This is definitely the best cold stone in Miami! ❤️

Delicious ice cream! The service was quick and friendly, they let you taste all the flavors to pick your own, you can get up to three flavors in one with one free topping.

Without wanting to work, as you can see, I look the same as the photo (sarcasm). They don't even give thanks for that or tip. It is always the same with men, women always give excellent service.
