Walking into the ice cream parlor, I was immediately welcomed by Jenevy, a warm and friendly employee. Their patience while I decided on a flavor was admirable. The impeccable cleanliness and professionalism added to the overall experience. The chocolate lava cake and cones are particularly delightful, making every penny spent worthwhile.

Update: ***When someone finally got to the store and explained there was an issue. I didnt push what the issue was because its not really my business. However not having my cake for the party was a problem but the were very gracious and apologetic. They gave us the cake along with a full refund and a gift card for a future trip. I appreciate the customer service and the effort to make it right. They really need to think of a way to notify customers in the future is this happens again though*** Ordered a cake for pick up today at noon for a party at 1pm. Imagine my surprise when I show up at 1220pm to find the store still closed. They did not contact me to let me know so we have to have a birthday celebration without the cake the birthday boy customized himself. He was so excited to have his cake. I am also still trying to call over and over to get through. They already charged me for the cake.

This place is really good. Never empty, but never really full. That to me means that the staff is fast at their job and people get their orders really quick. I really like the staff here too. They always are courteous to us and help us with our orders. The ice cream is really tasty too and the texture of the ice cream is so creamy and fresh. We try different flavors each time. Really like the chocolate lava cake and the cones here too. Worth every penny.

Just came for a single scoop of ice cream and as soon as I walked in the very kind employee greeted me, was also very patient with me because I never know what I want. Very clean professional employee, thank you jenevy for your great customer service.

This one girl, Kaitlyn was absolutely so sweet and amazing. She made my order so fast and was very friendly. I had a few ice creams in my order and another girl I believe Elena? Or Alina. She started to help but was very rude. Kaitlyn was so nice to me and other customers. I would definitely come back to have Kaitlyn help me again

Store could be a little cleaner. Luckily I don’t have peanut allergies because two employees tonight put the ice cream scooper in the peanut butter jar. And the young lady wiped her scooper on her apron. Otherwise I have always enjoyed the ice cream. Hopefully they get better training.

Very good ice cream here, one of the only places I know where you can get a load of toppings. Only problem we had was the wait times, since they only had 3 people and we were ordering around 7 ice cream, but they were doing fine for the amount of people working.

The staff isnt friendly at all. I've never been here and they didnt seem to really want to help. My family who lives here says that's normal they aren't friendly at all. So, don't expect good service or a smile at all. Make sure to check your bag if your order more then two items as luckily I looked in the bag and told them they forgot one in the fridge I think. No apology for forgetting it but I need to see if I charged you. I said great let me know I'm happy to pay for it. She didnt say anything and I finally had to ask did you charge me.. yes and still no sorry have a great day come in again. It's not hard people to learn customer service
