SCAM ALERT! Cold stone creamery Shorewood IL. How can you name a product Butter Pecan ice cream but not have pecans in the ice cream. I ordered a pint of Butter Pecan ice cream and not one pecan was in the whole pint. Every time I have ordered this flavor or even bought it at the grocery store, they all have pecans in the ice cream but not here. I called and spoke with the woman that made my order and she said that, oh you have to ask for the pecans to be added and mixed in. WHAT, your kidding me right. As much as you charge for this ice cream it doesn't automatically come with all of the ingredients that's supposed to be in it. $13.00 for a pint of flavored ice cream without any pecans is absolutely absurd. This is blatant false advertising. What the F has happened to our world. It's like going to buy a new car and them not giving you the wheels and tires with the car. Share this review with others.
I scream, you scream, we all scream for Cold Stone Creamery!!! Gotta Have it and we love the experience every time!! The service is great and the taste is uncanny!! We go for the Boo Berry and Cotton Candy with Sprinkles and Gummy Bears this time of year!!! Bring on the Cold Stone!!!!!
Went in to get some taffy apples that are already premade and had to wait 10 minutes due to the kids that are running the place. Too busy goofing off and socializing with friends that came in to talk to them as well as showing one another Snapchat videos in the back instead of cutting the apples I bought. Beyond unprofessional and irritating especially considering the cost of a taffy apple you would think that the customer service would be better.
Props to the three girls working tonight! (Saturday night) it was really busy and they managed to help everyone with a smile! My first time coming to this location. Loved it and definitely coming back for more !
Delicious flavors, the staff is fast and gets you out pretty quickly. My favorite flavour is coffee with roasted almonds and coconut with it 😋 they had Nintendo themed cups and mixed flavors that got my kids pretty excited.
This location has been wonderful to work with. They have helped us with out fundraising for our school. We are so grateful for this opportunity to provide funds for our children’s activities
The kids that work in here have phenomenal customer service compared to other cold stones. I always have a pleasant experience.
