I was a last minute customer, 10 minutes until closed. I just got off work but wanted my niece to get ice cream because she’s been so good and I’m so proud of her accomplishments. So a treat to Cold Stone was in order. Immanuel was my ice cream guy and he was so patient and considerate with my niece who have never been there before. Despite it being close to closing, he got everything I need and didn’t forget stuff that I would forget. The store was very clean and I notice he kept the area very clean as well. Immanuel was the perfect gentleman that gave my niece the perfect ice cream experience and I want to say, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Perfect customer service. This is how a customer want to feel and it makes us alway have a great feeling and definitely a place to return to for more ice cream. Make sure to get Immanuel and say Hi. He’s wonderful

I did a pick up order and in the email confirmation it says “Go Straight to Order Pickup At the Counter & Tell a Crew Member You Ordered Online.” I waited at the front and nobody acknowledged me. They then cashed somebody out and tried walking away without acknowledging me. I had to tell them that I had an order for pick up that was already paid for. When I opened the bag they put two of my waffle cones at the bottom of the bag… They were obviously broken. Worst cold stone I’ve ever been to.

We're visitng from up north and don't have Cold Stones up there so when we're near we always stop- this was one of the only good experiences we had on our stay- the service was great despite the long line and the ice cream was perfect. Thanks for being the best service we got down here, seems to be rare.

We are frequent costumers and today we received the most unprofessional services from the most rudest employee; Naveah. When I started placing my order she instantly had an attitude with me and she kept rolling her eyes at me. I stopped her and asked her for someone else to help me because I was not going to allow someone with an attitude help me out. She yelled at me and told me she was walking away acting like she wanted to fight me. She then said that she did now have an attitude and left to the back room and you could hear her cursing and screaming. A few minutes later she returned to stock the ice cream and she was banging and throwing stuff around while scratching her head and touching her hair and then touching the ice cream. I was in shocked at how cold stone can have someone like Naveah being the face of their business and no one saying anything to her and no management around (I’m hoping she isn’t the manager because that would be a shame and I feel so bad for the other employees) . I want to thank Diego for stepping up and helping us when Naveah walked away cursing.

I really love you guy's ice cream. Don't get me wrong on that. The main problem is the worker's attitudes. When I came in today to order me a 48oz cheesecake ice cream with strawberries in it, one of the female workers acted like she did not want to serve me as if I was going to eat her up. When I also noticed that my 48oz cup was not entirely filled up and requested more cheesecake to be added in to make sure the big cup was 100% full, the worker tells me that the remaining ice cream that was on the table that they use to mix toppings on was gonna make it "Fill up". I was not please with my service. Afterwards when paying my bill, my bag with the ice cream inside it was not handed directly in my hand but instead just laid it in front of the cashier and walked away, didn't even bother to ask if I had a rewards phone number. I will not tolerate this type of attitude if I never once been rude to any of those workers.

Great tasting ice cream. The service is very friendly but it can take a while when busy. Overall a very good experience.

Don't order anything from the girl named Taylor with glasses. She cuts all the portions in half. Forgets half of the stuff even after you tell her two or three times. She is so slow it took 20 minutes to make 3 ice cream. Then forget to make it right after being told 3 times how to. Then got mad because I said forget it.I just will pay for the 2 we had and forget the 3 one .

Let me start by saying I love cold stone and generally go here for birthday cakes for family and friends. I've been going to this location on Allen Park since it's been open. Every time I go to this location I leave mad. This past Saturday I walk in go to the cooler grab a cake. I go to the register in the only one standing there. I see a couple people in line getting scoops of ice cream. I notice one worker helping the line and 3 to 4 others basically just chilling and talking. No one ever acknowledges me . So as I'm waiting I grab some candles. Finally a girl comes to the register and says nothing but starts ringing things up. So I look at the cashier confused, she then proceeds with a total that's not mine but actually soneonr finishing up their ice cream order in line. So I proceed to say ice been standing here for 10 minutes. Her response was so. She rings up the customer and we wait for them to come to the register. The customer congress to the register and ask why I wasn't rung up first since I had been waiting and the cashier ignores the question. This place is horrible and I don't know why they would hire staff with no customer service skills. I'm definitely not returning to this location again. There is a cold stone in Warren which is a nice little hike from where I live, but the staff is amazing they offer to wrote happy Birthday on the cake for you. The staff is amazing and very personable. It's worth the drive. Honestly the Allen Park location should consider a field trip to eastern so they can learn how to do their jobs correctly. But as for the location on the hill don't waste your time or money. If you really want cold stone take a little road trip to Warren cold stone. You'll thank me later
