If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This company is an absolute scam. There is no growth and they do not care about their employees. All they care about is meeting service levels and not the quality of service. They are also rude and speak to the employees like if they were children or just less than them. They are unorganized and never have anything up to date. As well as they don’t care about the members AT ALL. To them it is filing a grievance and just adding it to the stack of complaints with no resolutions. This is literally the worst company I have ever worked for and would not recommend it to anyone.
Working for this company is by far the worse work experience I’ve encountered. Even with Cognizant being around since 1994, as a whole, the company is very disorganized with customer service being very subpar of what they teach; rushing us to work for quantity rather than quality of service. They do not care about their employees nor their members when supervisors fail to inform their employees about changes within the company in a timely manner and will speak to you in a demeaning tone when questioning them about it. I would not recommend anyone to work here.
Well at first glance it would appear that This giant building houses one giant company especially with the way everyone appears to know each other. But in fact it has several companies inside of it including an elevator company, ThyssenKrupp. Well I took a picture of the directory as well as emergency exits hopefully that's everything you need.
Easy to find, off Martin Luther King Jr. and Falkenberg, nice building, and seems to be a good place to work.
