Wow! Dave is legit! He knows his coffee AND he’s willing to help. We lived in Portland, OR for 15 years (where coffee is a way of life) and Dave’s knowledge is impressive. Unfortunately, we are not a business so we cannot hire Dave to service our machine. However, he offered information anyway to help us sort out our home machine. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Coffee Dave for 15 years and never, ever ever had a machine break down. He always has parts in stock to maintenance my espresso machines immediately. In the coffee world, you can't afford to have a machine down and Dave has always made sure my machines are working at the highest level. His years of knowledge in the coffee industry has helped me build an espresso recipe using the beans that I love, helping me put out a product that keeps my customers happy. Always on time, super flexible to my business needs, I couldn't run my business without him!!!!!!

How fortunate we are to have met Dave as we prepared to start our business. He is patient and helpful with all my questions about machines, grinders, beans, etc. He spent the day training me and my staff on our new machine, which was most valuable to all of us. Most recently, he was quick to answer my SOS call and helped me troubleshoot a draining issue on our expresso machine over the phone. I cannot say enough great things about how helpful he's been. He's been a HUGE part of us getting our business off the ground.

We have used Dave for service, maintenance and repairs on our espresso machines for as long as I can remember at our coffee shops in Berthoud. He has always been on time, done a great job, communicated effectively and has always been a great source of knowledge, experience and advice. Dave's knowledge and help with our new machine has been incredible! I was struggling to find consistent and good advice and he was ready to jump right in and help and a moments notice. A lover of the art of coffee, he will steer you in the correct direction.

We used Dave to service our machine 3 times for over $4,000 just for it to never fully function. The machine never would pull the quad shot, our hot water never worked, nor did the steam wand & it would only pull shots for maybe an hour before we'd get an error message and have to keep restarting the machine. We still thought he helped us tons & maybe it was just our machine ,until we messaged in January when our machine completely quit working. We never heard back , then followed up 5 weeks later to which we were told he could service in another 5 weeks . Finally we had another company service our machine. They fixed boilers, sensors, programming, and replaced numerous parts for 1/6th the price and they did it all as soon as we got our machine to them. After having experienced this we felt compelled to change our review and be honest with our experience . If someone feels the need to tell you over and over how other people just don't fix things or intentionally mess things up to ensure job security , it starts to make you wonder if they actually are the person doing that. He also told us if we would leave him a 5 star review he would return the favor for our company. He never did.
