Coffee Crossing - Coffee shop in New Albany - 4212 Charlestown Rd # 5, USA

I ordered a medium coffee with cream and honey. The lady that took my order was very friendly and polite. She honestly seemed like she enjoyed working there. The coffee was very good and the atmosphere was really neat especially with the gas fireplace.

The staff is very nice. One of them remembered my name today! I come here most evenings and there's always at least one place I enjoy sitting even when it's busy. Great spot!

Met a friend at this location for the 1st time. It was great! I arrived early ordered a London Fog, it was great❤️ she later came and we spoke until the closed at 6, the young lady had to advise us it was 6:05pm she was so polite🥰 I didn’t get her name, but she was the cutest, earthy style young lady😇 the atmosphere and environment was amazing, clean meet up place to chat and catch up without bother. Will return definitely! The only thing the hours were not opened like the rest of the locations, she explained why. I totally understood. Well please customer 😍

Average cup of coffee. I got a latte with half sweetener of what they normally serve and it was vastly too sweet. I could barely taste the coffee. The cafe itself is warm and cozy. They was also no in cafe option for coffee and everything was served in a to-go cup. Not quite the experience I was expecting for the ambience of the cafe. Price was comparable to other coffee shops.

Best coffee in town, period! Starbucks has nothing on this spot! Best caramel iced latte I've ever had. Great service and lots of smiles.

Be prepared to WAIT. This place is terribly busy in the morning hours, but the sweethearts that work there are so kind, and the coffee is absolutely to die for. Fairly reasonably priced, although where I am from the coffee places were dirt cheap and the shell shock of coffee prices here got me good. Nevertheless, the inside of the store is so cute, and is a nice place to relax, whether you're having a chat with a friend over a latte or you're on your way to work waiting for your dose of caffeine.
