Possibly the best motel/hotel for the price in Western Washington. Absolutely spotless in its cleanliness. The toiletries provided are on par with most 3+ star hotels. It's quiet and has good TVs, microwaves, and refrigerators. Seriously, unless you're looking for a resort, you'd be crazy to stay anywhere else. Cheaper than a Motel 6, but nicer in every way! I'd recommend this place to anybody, from business execs to my kids (who I hope will some day become business execs).

We had a great time staying here. The people are so nice. The back door of your room goes to a beautiful court yard. We spent our evenings out there. You can smoke back there as long as you are 25 feet from the door. We also closed our door just to be safe.

We had plans to visit NCNP for the day, and we just needed a one-night stay in Burlington before heading to Fidalgo Island the next day. Hotel and even motel prices everywhere are crazy expensive these days, and this was basically the cheapest accommodation I could find, with decent reviews. It looks kind of old from the outside, nothing fancy. But the room was clean and comfortable, good shower. Breakfast is included, although it's all just pre-packaged food items, plus coffee and tea.

This was the cheapest option in the area when we were driving through for a night, but the value exceeded the price. We got a king room with a kitchen area - it had a huge comfortable bed with clean sheets, clean floors, updated sinks and appliances, a working tv with lots of channels, and great wifi and hot water. Everything looked clean and new and even the towels felt better than most cheap motels. Safety didn't seem to be an issue - seemed like a fine area. Breakfast was well-stocked and always tended to and consisted of many option, though there were no make-your-own waffles like many places have. Overall, it was quiet and relaxing and a great value!

Update... The general manager reached out to me and refunded my night stay. Will try them again. I've been staying here for business trips for the last 2 years when I need to and it's been really great until this last one. The room bathroom shower had footprints and dirt in it, the refrigerator was unplugged and warm and the TV was unplugged so I plugged it in and it turned itself on I'm full blast volume and scared the heck out of us. But the worst part was this morning getting up having to leave first thing and not having any hot water and when to check out and complained and the lady at the desk didn't think it was a big deal it wouldn't offer us a discount of any kind. Place is really gone downhill

What a nice and cozy old motel! Clean room, nice bathroom, and a reclining chair! Much more comfy to relax and watch TV in instead of sitting on the bed. I enjoyed my stay.

I am sorrowful to write this review because besides the last day it was an otherwise pleasant stay. A friend of mine from abroad got their wallet stolen at the airport and did not have a card to put down for their room. This was explained to the receptionist we booked with and were allowed to put my card down instead. However, when my friend wanted to extend their stay after their 4th night, a new receptionist explained that they could not extend the stay due to the 3rd party payment for the room, which is against their policy. This is all fine and well, as it is their right to revoke any exceptions made. However, when I asked if my friend could rent a room once their bank card arrived from their home country, I was informed they were permanently blacklisted. I am sorry things ended the way they did because the motel itself has improved in recent years, but the lack of communication and curt attitude from the receptionist will make sure I do not reccomend this place again.

Positive: Value is really really good. Most hotels from Bellingham all the way to Renton are exorbitantly pricey Negative: There's no Access to the driveway coming from Hwy 20 towards the Freeway ramp
