I have to say staying at Coconut Mallory was the BEST experience ever. We arrived after hours, had out envelope waiting for us not only with the keys but with a note from the manager Jenny Eppy detailing all of our needs and important rules (we always make sure we are aware of parking passes etc as in every small island everywhere you go it is limited & you want to ensure where you can or cant park to avoid being upset over towers doing their job) also if renting scooters to make sure we have additional passes. Even included managers number for texting, never have we had management be so connecting with us & we travel worldwide. The area by the office super tropical, cozy and colorful. This place is a hidden gem, the apartment felt like being at home, everything clean, all neat & comfortable. The common area was fabulous, the trees by the marina & pool, the hammock by the pool & the awesome bbq sitting area for a great family time all well thought of. Close from the crowd yet quiet & cozy, a guest for life. This was a priceless getaway

The unit was ok and mainly clean and honestly I wouldn't have written a review about it except for the unbelievably rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager Jenny. It was a surreal experience. We checked in 12/23 and at the time we had two different people do the check in, they handed us our keys and an envelope and told us our unit #. We even had to ask where to find our building. We immediately left to meet friends and did not return until late that evening. The next morning I opened the envelope and noticed there was a parking permit and it said we would be charged for parking. I went to the main office on 12/24 and told them we didn't have a vehicle and asked if we would be charged for parking. The person working told me we wouldn't be charged.|On 12/26 I noticed a charge for parking of $161 on my credit card. I again immediately went to the main office and told them that we didn't have a vehicle and I had told them that on 12/24. She said she would talk to the manager about it. We received 3 phone calls that day about the charge while we were out and about. Basically they wanted to know why we didn't tell them we didn't have a car when we checked in and I said "No one asked us if we had a car" and that as soon as I discovered a parking pass was issued I went to the office on 12/24. Finally they said they would watch the cameras to verify what I was telling them was true. I said I would be happy for them to watch the cameras and I would even come in and we could view them together. ||I never heard back from the manager so I went back in on 12/28 and was told the charge was removed and I explained that it was not removed but they had taken off the charge for the security deposit fee but not the parking fee so they must have made a mistake. ||We checked out on 12/30 and the manager was working and I tried to tell her that the charge was still on the card and she told me it was removed. I again tried to explain that it wasn't and she cut me off and was once again rude, unprofessional and insulting. Basically she said it was done and she was done dealing with it. However, the charge is still there and it is now January 8th. I am now working with American Express to dispute the charge and get it removed.||I have never had such an incredibly bad experience with a resort --this is an exchange with Interval Travel and typically everyone is so wonderful to work with. This manager needs to be removed and I guess my next step is how to contact her employers. This resort is not that nice to have to deal with this kind of service. The other office staff workers were nice, I am just not sure they understand what they are suppose to do at check-in. I am sure they are probably afraid of making the manager mad. Please look elsewhere to stay if you are visiting Key West. We visit every couple years and will never stay there again.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a postcard perfect oasis .Our rooms were very clean . The outside areas well kept and neat. I personally had more fun in both pools on this property than most others would. The staff like Jenny were so very helpful in so many ways like transportation and activities!|The people here have made my Vacation a Vacation to remember!|MrJames

We were in a two level 2 bedroom unit. Very clean and comfy. Elevator, carts for use when unloading luggage. Could use a few more parking spots. Nice balcony with table and chairs for 4. Inside table and dishes were for 6. Gumbos is the Boat House where you can get a drink and bar food, play pool or other games. Close to the marina with a boardwalk around. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed with a group of friends over Mother’s Day 2023. This is a lovely, well maintained property in KW on the opposite side of all the tourism. Quiet to rest & relax and come home to after being on Duvall Street at night or out all day. Highly recommend & would stay here again if with friends to take advantage of their 2bd/2ba townhome deals! Very affordable in comparison to closer to the action while zero compromise on the quality of the stay in KW. The little bar on property is honestly the coolest little spot to enjoy yourself with friends. Brandi is a legend! Thank you Coconut Mallory for an epic experience & stay!!!

Stayed here for a wedding and all was wonderful. Yenni Eppy and the crew were nothing but "Aces" with kindness and grace. Lovely stay and can't wait to go back.

Everything was just fine except the view and $150.00 parking fee. The staff at the bar and marina were great. I think the units could use a little Florida's tropical look. The area is quite even with airport need by.
